Golden Rwanda provided an unforgettable experience in a beautiful country!
We had a great experience with Golden Rwanda. First of all, the communication ahead of the trip (via email) was smooth, quick and efficient. Frank was always very responsive, and provided an experience tailored to our needs. He was able to arrange everything for us on a relatively short notice. Upon arrival in Rwanda, we felt very well taken care of by our guide Joana. Unfortunately, one of our bags did not arrive when we landed, and she made sure that we got it still the following day, before we left Kigali. In that sense, we were barely affected as we then had everything we needed for the rest of the trip, particularly the hikes. Throughout the entire travels, Joana was a great host and always offered flexibility to respond to our needs. Overall, we had an amazing experience in this beautiful country, and we appreciated not only seeing all the breathtaking beauty it has to offer but also learning more about the history and the impressive development that has taken place there in recent years, to which our guide also provided a lot of information. Our favorite part was definitely the Volcano National Park - an unforgettable experience, in particular seeing the mountain gorillas and visiting the Dian Fossy Gorilla Fund (Museum) - a must visit! Another personal highlight was the great food, in particular the soups! :D Rwanda is a top spot for all soup lovers ;) We will definitely be back sooner or later and would highly recommend everyone to visit!

Amazing Safari Experience
We - my wife and I - had an amazing three days safari in the Akagera Park (Rwanda). Our Tour Guide Jean Marie arranged extraordinary encounters with the big five, a lot of birds and other animals and the amzing landscape. His foresight made the trip most comfortable with many insights on culture, nature and history. The boat trip and the night game drive were highligts of our stay. We fully enjoyed the three days and the transfer services from the hotel and to the airport.
We highly recommend the services of Golden Rwanda Safari.

Wonderful tour experience.
We went on a 1 day tour to Akagera national park. Frank was very helpful and responsive in setting up the tour. Our tour guide Jean Claude was fantastic, he was very friendly and knowledgable and we had a great time seeing animals in the park. We saw many rhinos, hippos, giraffes, zebras, and baboons. The tour was reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris to anyone traveling to Rwanda!

Our one-day safari adventure in Akagera National Park was an absolute delight. The knowledgeable guides demonstrated a deep understanding of the animals' behaviors and habitats. Frank at Golden Rwanda is an incredible person to work with - everything from planning, communicating, service, and ESPECIALLY reliability/trustworthiness is notch, FIVE STAR quality. He provided guidance when needed and knew anything and everything about all the fun and experiences to have in Rwanda, but also attended to every single thing and idea we wanted as well. He realllllllly worked with us and we were fairly specific with all of the things we wanted to - he handled everything with ease and made everything possible. Jean Claude was our guide and he was PERFECT!!!! Great knowledge, soooo well spoken, and extremely creative and attentive. If we wanted to change the schedule, he gladly did and accommodated any new on-the-whim ideas we had. Frank truly went above and beyond for our family and you can tell when someone is a good person - and Frank is a truly soul-to-Earth good human - he did a lot more for our family than this review will give us space to write. He knew how much we dreamed of seeing the gorrillas and did far more than anyone else ever would to help us on our journey. We consider Jean Claude and Frank family and plan to be back for a Round 2 of Rwanda as soon as we can.
