Exceptional
I would definitely recommend PaperJet travel, not only for the great accommodation, which was always perfect, but mostly for the service: you feel like you are even more than their most important guest, you feel like you are an old friend! I had the pleasure to communicate with Justin for the organisation of my first safari ever (which was beyond any expectation), and what a surprise to find him collecting us at the airport. He also drove us to the different hotels... forget the usual transfer, this was like a road trip with an old friend, talking about South Africa and safaris, life expectations and love: time passed by really quickly. On our way to the airport, he invited us for a quick brunch in a lovely spot: we didn't want to leave any longer.

Ten feathers in their cap
PaperJet Travel and Justin went out of their way to make sure that we left our safari trip in South Africa with many life lasting memories! The accommodations were simply stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The wildlife interactions were extremely special and quickly adapted to the wild safari life style - early morning wake-ups aided of course by a superb team looking after us with culinary treats of all sorts, sundowners, delicious dinners and lazy massages! What a privilege it was to also enjoy a jog alongside two other guests in the middle of a giant wilderness area in Sabi Sands, followed by a lone ranger to keep us safe! We were also spoilt with a wonderful champagne candlelit dinner on our final evening by the Kirkman's family which was very personalized. We were very impressed by both our guides, Andre' Scrimnger (Ngala Private Game Reserve) and Mathew Poole (Kirkman's Kamp), for their expertise, knowledge and professionalism and cannot wait to make a return journey.
Last but not least - it has always been my dream to see a leopard and after searching for two full days with no luck, our guide Matt (Poole), came to breakfast with his leopard onesie to break the jinx (which he did). Seeing Matt in that leopard outfit made my safari trip the most memorable one - that passion and commitment he gave to us was most touching!

Great experience
We had an amazing trip organised by PaperJet. We absolutely loved our time on safari at Arathusa lodge, Sabin sands. Justin was great at organising it all for us and suggesting where we could go. He kept in contact the whole time to keep us updated on our booking and even got in touch before we left to wish us well and provide us with contact details in case we needed anything.
All transfers went smoothly and our safari accommodation was gorgeous. As first time safari goers it really helped to have someone organise it all for us.

Amazing South Africa Adventure
Justin was most helpful in helping us to plan this trip at short notice. We had to change the itinerary many times to meet our budget and Justin was able to revise the itinerary very promptly. We had a wonderful time in the 2 recommended lodges and encountered the Big 5 at very close range. We also had a good time in Cape Town. Justin took the trouble to call us at each leg of our tour to make sure everything was okay.

Amazing Africa Safari - Arranged by PaperJet Travel
We had the most amazing safari at Ngala Private Game Reserve. Jason at Paperjet made the entire process simple and we were completely satisfied with the reservation and booking process as well as the actual safari. We had a group of 9 people who all had to pay separately and Jason worked with us to collect all the appropriate patron information and payment. It could not have been easier.
I can't say enough good things about Ngala Private Game Reserve. From the moment we arrived to the point of departure, everything was taken care of and of the highest quality. Well worth the cost.

Amazing customer service! We couldn't have asked for a more friendly or smooth experience.
We could not have asked for a better experience with PaperJet travel. We had to quickly re-book a trip to Thailand to a safari in South Africa and PaperJet made the re-booking seem less - Justin was incredibly friendly, pro-active and gave great advice on where to stay! Madikwe Hills where we stayed was absolutely amazing - true luxury in the middle of a safari!

Now my mum understands my love for Africa...
Was booking an individual tour with Paperjet to show my mum South Africa. Justin was super helpful in planning and was integrated all our wishes into the trip with exactly the right mix of adventure and relaxation. On paper the trip was already looking fantastic but in reality it was just amazing: very well selected accommodation and locations, perfectly organized transfers (everything on time and comfortable), not to mention an excellent briefing and de-briefing by Justin. Paperjet, you really made it...my mum understands now my love for Africa and she is looking forward to get after "Africa light" with South Africa now also a more "wild Africa" to know. I was travelling with 2 friends and we really didn't have to think about anything because PaperJet Travel had thought about every little detail! After our very long flight Justin waited us at the airport with a pizza! Already on this little detail you can understand the professional service they offer and the human touch they seek to provide. Justin drove us to the safari (kwazulu - Natal / Mavela Lodge) we had lots of very nice discussions and then the safari was just wow!! From now on I will always advice PaperJet Travel to friends that wants to book a safari in SA. Cheers
