Absolute Perfection!
From start to finish, our experience with PaperJet Travel was extraordinary. Justin was clear, timely, informative, and intuitive in all communication. He created for us a fantastic itinerary, including leisure time in Durban, a Sani-Pass tour into Lesotho, and an absolutely unforgettable, world-class Safari at Phinda. Justin offered a variety of options tailored to our personal desires and needs, then fine tuned our choices into a fulfilling, top notch experience. He personally handled many of our transports, including extemporaneous city tours full of his personal insights, and saved the day with an emergency shopping trip for an extra camera battery. Justin shared with us his knowledge and passion, fueling our interest and enthusiasm. His guidance and attention to detail permitted us to feel relaxed and prepared at every turn. Fantastic
Our experience with PaperJet was perfect, spectacular. From the first contact, Justin Perumal was extremely solicitous, clear and detailed on all the information, including tips on other parts of our trip that had nothing to do with Safari. He did a perfect analysis of what we wanted and offered us some options, emphasizing the one that would be the best in his opinion. And he hit it right !! Our safari in Madikwe Hills was phenomenal. Last minute request, absolutely amazing results!
This trip to South Africa was our first international trip as a family and a gift from me to my mom and my two oldest nephews. The safari was the main event planned for our trip and I was a little anxious as I had planned it last minute and I was not entirely sure how it would work out. Justin was amazing in helping me plan each intricate detail and in assuring me that we would be okay and be able to do what we planned. With that being said...
We had an absolutely amazing time!! From start to finish it was greater than we could have ever imagined. To be able to get accommodations in travel and lodging the way we did on such short notice shows just how much of a travel agent genius you are and speaks to the amazing relationships you have cultivated. Our driver to and from the reserve was very welcoming and very gracious. He described every part of the journey to us, pointing out the various farms and plants and trees along the way. As we entered Kruger Park, he slowed and pointed out animals as well as stopped when we spotted some on our own. On our way into the park we saw 3 of the Big Five and were more than ready for to see the rest Kruger had to offer us.
Arriving at MalaMala, we were in awe of the beauty of the lodging itself. We were introduced to Marka, our host and ranger, and from the moment we met him until the moment we left, he was an amazing help. Steeped in knowledge and humble to a fault, his excitement coupled with our own carried our entire trip. Sometimes we had a hard time determining who was more excited, us or him, as we worked to spot the various animals and tracked our favorites. Marka took me on a bush walk where I got to experience the plants up close, finding natural toothbrushes and toothpicks as well as learning which plants were the most dangerous and which could be of help in case of sickness. We spotted and encountered all of the Big Five at least three times in two days. There was not a dull moment at any point. MalaMala itself was beyond our wildest dreams! Baboons playing and Nyala grazing outside of our windows, the scenery a sigh to awaken to, and the songs of the birds a welcomed melody. The rooms were cozy and very roomy with every comfort desired and the staff was absolutely amazing. (I know I sound like I'm gushing but it really was just THAT wonderful!!). The food was delicious and each night dinner around the bonfire was accompanied by tribal song and dance which added a warmth to the atmosphere that even the fire couldn't touch.
Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time at MalaMala and in Kruger Park and I know that when I return, I will return there by way of PaperJet Travel. They are truly a God send and I thank Him for them because there is no way our trip would have been as much of a success as it was without the. Also, they gave amazing recommendations for Soweto tours and we had a great time through them as well. They are phenomenal at what they do and I cannot wait to work with them again!!! :D

Exceptional Experience
We needed to book very last minute, and PaperJet came through in spades, from the first, fast response which was also very thorough and detailed. In fact, I was not sure if a trip to Madikwe Reserve would be possible so last minute, but Justin was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and no small detail was left out. We got an excellent ground transfer from JNB airport and back. The lodge, Rhulani was luxurious, and we were able to have fantastic four-night, memorable first safari. Would highly recommend!

Perfect First Safari Experience
My boyfriend and I booked a 3D2N safari at Elephant Plains Game Lodge in Sabi Sands to round off our first trip to South Africa in November, and I could not recommend Paperjet Travel more highly. It was my first safari so I didn't have any experience booking/know what to look for, but from the very first communications Justin was incredibly helpful. He provided several options based on our requirements and budget and included additional transfer options (including private road and air transfer) - we ended up booking Elephant Plains as I had read very positive reviews on TripAdvisor about the lodge itself and the Sabi Sands reserve, and it was the perfect first safari experience! Justin always went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and was always very quick at getting back to all my messages and questions (of which there were quite a few!). I would definitely use Paperjet Travel again - Justin provided a 5* booking experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect safari holiday. Thank you Justin!

Justin was amazing.
After trying to coordinate a safari on my own, I eventually sent multiple emails out to several travel companies that had good reviews. The customer service and rates that I received from Justin blew them all away. He was so responsive and helpful, and also super considerate in helping us plan our trip and giving us tips as well. I would absolutely recommend paperjet and Justin!

Exceptional
Justin and Atang are utmost gentlemen, from the very first email to dropping us off are the airport they were both highly knowledgeable and attentive. The attention to detail is stunning. They brought us to Phinda and the conversation there and back was eye opening. I learned more about S.Africa in those 3hrs then whole month we had spent in the country. They were able to give us lots of options for safari's with much better rates then dealing directly with a lodge. I couldnt recommend them more.

Exceptional Safari Experience
From start to finish, my wife's and my first safari experience exceeded our every expectation thanks to PaperJet Travel, and in particular Justin. Justin was very informative, responsive and helpful from the time we first enquired, right up to our trip close to 11 months later. As it was our honeymoon, he recommended a few properties on the intimate Phinda Reserve. We eventually decided on his first choice for honeymooners, Vlei Lodge.
We were even in contact with Justin at 4am, an hour plus prior to our flight into Durban due to some minor hiccups in flight timing and his replies were prompt. Upon arrival in Durban, Justin and his colleague Atang personally came to pick us up to head to the reserve 3 hours away. The 3 hours just flew by thanks to the engaging conversation we had throughout the journey.
The lodge and reserve were simply breathtaking. We were pampered silly by the 24/7 hospitality, and had countless encounters with the wildlife during our twice daily game drives, which were led by our experienced guide and tracker. Before we knew it, the 3 days in paradise just whizzed past and we see the familiar faces of Justin and Atang once again to send us to the airport.
We really couldn't rave about the trip more! Justin is simply amazing at what he does, and it was a pleasure getting to know him. We can't wait to book our next safari adventure with PaperJet again!
