Out-of-this-world adventure thanks to PaperJet
We had the trip of a lifetime in March this year, when PaperJet travel came to our rescue and set us up with simply the BEST safari experience in South Africa. Feeling overwhelmed with planning the trip myself, and knowing very little about the country, we needed all the help we could get - and Justin and his team did not disappoint. They recommended a selection of lodges in our budget, advised on our travel, and ensured we got our very first choice accommodation (these places get booked up quickly!). Their safari guides and handbooks were so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. They checked in on our trip every step of the way to ensure it ran smoothly, and we cannot thank PaperJet Travel enough!!

Excellence all round
We wanted to add a safari to a trip for a wedding in Zinkwazi thus posing Justin with some fairly strict timings and criteria. His suggestions and recommendations of two lodges within Phinda was exactly what we were looking for to maximise our game viewing opportunities with a good deal of luxury. All the arrangements were seamless including all communication and transportation; both being timely and efficient. The safari experience itself was outstanding (it was our first time) the rangers and trackers knowledge of their environment ensured interest throughout.
I would highly recommend Justin and Paperjet to others they make everything easy - thank you

Most wonderful vacation experience
I most want to say how much I appreciate the excellent work of Justin. He not only set out an outstanding itinerary that went off perfectly but also was so very responsive in helping us during our journey. One of my daughters luggage did not arrive in South Africa. Justin was easily available by phone and text and went out of his way to get the luggage delivered to the lodge in Sabi Sands. His level of service exceeded expectations. All of the drivers, guides and staff were professional and engaging. The game drives and animal sightings stupendous. The lodges were beautiful and the food fantastic. I cannot recommend PaperJet and Justin highly enough.

Excellent service from start to end - a worry free adventure!
We booked the "3D Last Minute Luxury Safari Travel" with PaperJet Travel and stayed in Madikwe Hills for 3 nights in March 2017. We took a while to decide on PaperJet Travel as they were a relatively new company and had lesser reviews compared to other tour operators. However, Justin impressed us with his prompt responses to our many email queries and the personal touch he adds. It felt like chatting with an old friend!
The trip itself lived up to our high expectations and the safari experience at Madikwe Hills was the highlight of our honeymoon. We were particularly impressed when Justin rang us during the trip to check that everything was going smoothly. This made us feel that we were really taken care of.
Overall, we would highly recommend PaperJet Travel! Thank you Justin for making our trip such a memorable one.

I was travelling with 2 friends and we really didn't have to think about anything because PaperJet Travel had thought about every little detail! After our very long flight Justin waited us at the airport with a pizza! Already on this little detail you can understand the professional service they offer and the human touch they seek to provide. Justin drove us to the safari (kwazulu - Natal / Mavela Lodge) we had lots of very nice discussions and then the safari was just wow!! From now on I will always advice PaperJet Travel to friends that wants to book a safari in SA. Cheers

Now my mum understands my love for Africa...
Was booking an individual tour with Paperjet to show my mum South Africa. Justin was super helpful in planning and was integrated all our wishes into the trip with exactly the right mix of adventure and relaxation. On paper the trip was already looking fantastic but in reality it was just amazing: very well selected accommodation and locations, perfectly organized transfers (everything on time and comfortable), not to mention an excellent briefing and de-briefing by Justin. Paperjet, you really made it...my mum understands now my love for Africa and she is looking forward to get after "Africa light" with South Africa now also a more "wild Africa" to know. Amazing customer service! We couldn't have asked for a more friendly or smooth experience.
We could not have asked for a better experience with PaperJet travel. We had to quickly re-book a trip to Thailand to a safari in South Africa and PaperJet made the re-booking seem less - Justin was incredibly friendly, pro-active and gave great advice on where to stay! Madikwe Hills where we stayed was absolutely amazing - true luxury in the middle of a safari!

Amazing Africa Safari - Arranged by PaperJet Travel
We had the most amazing safari at Ngala Private Game Reserve. Jason at Paperjet made the entire process simple and we were completely satisfied with the reservation and booking process as well as the actual safari. We had a group of 9 people who all had to pay separately and Jason worked with us to collect all the appropriate patron information and payment. It could not have been easier.
I can't say enough good things about Ngala Private Game Reserve. From the moment we arrived to the point of departure, everything was taken care of and of the highest quality. Well worth the cost.
