Magical African adventures
I can't rate PaperJet highly enough. As first time visitors to South Africa they expertly crafted the perfect Safari trip. From the lodge recommendation to the travel arrangements - everything was made so easy and they made our budget work hard for us. We stayed at the Arathusa Lodge in Sabi Sands and it was excellent. Multiple Big Five sightings, great food and the lodge overlooked a large waterhole so we were often surrounded by animals. The real thing that make then stand out is the customer service. From Gabi on the social team offering tips for where to eat in Cape Town to Justin our holiday 'curator' who made booking the holiday a breeze and even personally stopped by our hotel in Cape Town to drop off our Safari travel goody bag. Next time I book an African adventure there is no doubt who I'll go with - they rock!

Last minute request, absolutely amazing results!
This trip to South Africa was our first international trip as a family and a gift from me to my mom and my two oldest nephews. The safari was the main event planned for our trip and I was a little anxious as I had planned it last minute and I was not entirely sure how it would work out. Justin was amazing in helping me plan each intricate detail and in assuring me that we would be okay and be able to do what we planned. With that being said...
We had an absolutely amazing time!! From start to finish it was greater than we could have ever imagined. To be able to get accommodations in travel and lodging the way we did on such short notice shows just how much of a travel agent genius you are and speaks to the amazing relationships you have cultivated. Our driver to and from the reserve was very welcoming and very gracious. He described every part of the journey to us, pointing out the various farms and plants and trees along the way. As we entered Kruger Park, he slowed and pointed out animals as well as stopped when we spotted some on our own. On our way into the park we saw 3 of the Big Five and were more than ready for to see the rest Kruger had to offer us.
Arriving at MalaMala, we were in awe of the beauty of the lodging itself. We were introduced to Marka, our host and ranger, and from the moment we met him until the moment we left, he was an amazing help. Steeped in knowledge and humble to a fault, his excitement coupled with our own carried our entire trip. Sometimes we had a hard time determining who was more excited, us or him, as we worked to spot the various animals and tracked our favorites. Marka took me on a bush walk where I got to experience the plants up close, finding natural toothbrushes and toothpicks as well as learning which plants were the most dangerous and which could be of help in case of sickness. We spotted and encountered all of the Big Five at least three times in two days. There was not a dull moment at any point. MalaMala itself was beyond our wildest dreams! Baboons playing and Nyala grazing outside of our windows, the scenery a sigh to awaken to, and the songs of the birds a welcomed melody. The rooms were cozy and very roomy with every comfort desired and the staff was absolutely amazing. (I know I sound like I'm gushing but it really was just THAT wonderful!!). The food was delicious and each night dinner around the bonfire was accompanied by tribal song and dance which added a warmth to the atmosphere that even the fire couldn't touch.
Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time at MalaMala and in Kruger Park and I know that when I return, I will return there by way of PaperJet Travel. They are truly a God send and I thank Him for them because there is no way our trip would have been as much of a success as it was without the. Also, they gave amazing recommendations for Soweto tours and we had a great time through them as well. They are phenomenal at what they do and I cannot wait to work with them again!!! :D

Excellent first safari experience
My husband and I travelled to South Africa in January 2016 and booked a safari with Paperjet Travel at Madikwe Hills. We were very unsure about exactly what to book since this was our first safari but Paperjet helped us every step of the way, from selecting the right safari reserve and camp with us to answering all our questions about what to bring. I would highly recommend booking with Paperjet, who are extremely experienced but also very friendly and easy to deal with.

Exactly what we were looking for
From start to finish the trip put together by Justin was exactly what we wanted. Early in the planning process we said we had 6 days that we wanted to spend on safari and with some beach exposure. He setup a fantastic itinerary that covered all of this, including transfers between locations by extremely nice and dedicated drivers. We saw just about every animal we could ask for in that shirt time range plus spent two days at an amazing, relaxing remote beach resort. And the price for everything was very competitive, especially given the level of service and accommodations we received. I could definitely tell something was different about his my initial services, and we were right. We recommended PaperJet to others while on the trip and will continue to do so
