Proffessional , caring and outstanding customer service
I booked a 9 day tour of Uganda starting in Kampala, driving to Queen Elisabeth park for safari and finally ending in Bwindi to trek the Gorrilas. I was a lone female travelling and Jolie did everything she could to reassure my husband I would be safe and to trust them including my husband in all the e mails. My Guide John was there to pick me up from the airport after a long flight and as soon as a saw his big smiley face I knew I was going to be fine. He was my guide for the whole duration making sure everything was perfect and ensuring I had the best experience of Uganda! I have a big personality and John made me laugh everyday. He was so knowledgable and he loved animals as much as me. He was patient with my time keeping and could not of done anything more to make my stay in Uganda memorable. He was there celebrating with me my 50th birthday with the wonderful staff at Buhoma lodge making me feel special for the day. I met John as my guide and left feeling I made a friend! Very well organized 4 Days Gorilla Trek and Lake Bunyonyi Safari. Jolie answered all of our questions very quickly and in detail! The driver was very competent and friendly, lodges in Rushaga and Lake Bunyonyi were very comfortable, with amazing views, food was really very good,

Perfect Safari in Uganda
My husband and I had a wonderful time with 9 days visiting various safari and Gorilla track in Uganda.
Jolie, the tour Consultant of Achieve Global Safaris who arranged a perfect itinerary to us. She was extremely prompt and helpful with pre trip planning.
Elisa, our tour guide and driver was very friendly and professional. Although we spend long time in the car on a lot of bumpy roads but Elisa made it as comfortable as possible!

Fantastic Trip - Very Professional
Myself and a friend booked a safari to coincide with a trip to Uganda. I was very impressed with the planning team. As our personal plans (outside the safari) were constantly changing, we needed to keep changing our safari. For this Achieve (Jolie) were excellent. It was possible to change our plans by email and the communication was excellent.
On the safari our guide (Patrick) was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We really enjoyed our time with him and saw and learned a huge amount. The accommodation in Pakuba was clean with good food and right in the middle of the bush. In fact, the accommodation was better than some supposed 5* places we stayed in at Entebbe
Overall, I would definitely recommend Achieve Global Safaris

Gorilla Trek Tour Uganda
I had a great experience with Achieve Global Safaris. My guide Hassan was professional, organized and helpful. As a solo female traveller, it's always important to find a reliable and trustworthy organization and Achieve Global Safari's was great to me. Jolie always answered all my emails and questions quickly and professionally. I had an amazing time in Bwindi with the gorillas and if I'm back in Uganda I will definitely consider booking another tour with Achieve Global Safaris.

Gorilla Safari
Jolie arranged our booking. She was so pleasant and helpful. The safari was absolutely wonderful. I was a little nervous of the hike but it was amazing. Bwindi forest is really beautiful. I recommend a porter as it was very slippery. The gorillas were so peaceful. Thanks Jolie!

I would like to say a big thank you to Jolie who arranged out trip to Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth National Park over 5 days. Nothing was too much trouble. Jolie was really helpful and responded immediately to any emails I sent. There was no problems with anything except for Parkview in Queen Elizabeth National Park who had over booked guest, however this was not the fault of Achieve Global Safaris. The hotel issue was resolved. The driver and guide Jon was excellent, going out of his way to help with anything. He is a completely trustworthy man. His driving skills were good and local knowledge was excellent. The vehicle we used was large and comfortable.
Thank you to Jolie and Jon for giving myself and my family and incredible unforgettable experience of Uganda.

Two friends and I chose this company for the great experience ever!!
They are very fast on reply and super efficient!
We suggested our own itinerary (based on some itineraries they have) and our dream came true.
The drivers/guides/rangers were excellent. The treatment from office 5*****. The places we stayed (and chose) were also cool, well located, peaceful areas, good and well served food.
And the attraction we visited won the gold medal: Nyngwe Park, Gisakura tee plantations, museums along Rwanda, Kivu Lake, chimpanzees, gorillas and Nyiragongo Volcano!!! We felt safe at every second. Very well treated and always comfortable.
For sure I will choose them again on my next trip to the area.
