Efficient, clear, good service and great knowledge
We just finished the 7-days Uganda primate and wildlife Safari proposed by Achieve Global - from Murchisson Falls to Bwindi with stops in Kibale and driving through Ishasha - and it was fabulous!
The organisation with Jolie was perfect prior and during travel, and their choice of mid-range lodges exceeded our expectations.
Also, our guide & driver Eddie was fantastic - in explanations, wildlife spotting and driving - all with a big smile.

Professionell
It was an amazing experience. Our guide Tony try everything to make it very comfortable und enjoyable during our trip. It all started when our organizer Jolie was always helpful and took our individual wishes into account. The agreed pick-up location was Entebbe, but since the flight to Kigali was cheaper in the end and Jolie wanted to save us the long journey from Entebbe, she arranged for us to be picked up in Kigali despite the additional effort for the agency. We are very grateful to her for this. The gorilla trekking was unforgettable and overall we felt comfortable.

First time in Africa, first time in Uganda and it was an amazing experience!
Everything went better than expected. Achieve provided one of the best guides, Milton (Pierre) Owinji, good to perfect accommodation, a sturdy vehicle. In ten days, I have observed a lot of animals and landscapes, I have seen the way people live and I have learned a lot about Uganda. Tasted matoke and other local flavors, Everything is safe and they have a perfect system of national parks. Roads are getting better, I have seen many construction sites. Gorilla and chimpanzee tracking were amazing, as well as the road safaris. Milton spoke all the local languages, knew all the species by heart and was an excellent driver. Mark ensured everything was booked as requested, although I waited to the last minute to confirm.
Excellent organisation of gorilla permits at late notice
Did a great job of organising gorilla permits for us at short notice.
They were fast and efficient, and dropped permits to our car hire company.
Very happy with the service received.
Reccomendations for improvements:
1. The different company names used are confusing
2. Found it difficult to figure out which payment option to choose from the options available on the online payment system. Some more instructions on this website for the different payment options would be good and it should definitely advise about any payment surcharges which can be significant as a percentage of the total (in our case $61 for two permits).

Three day gorilla experience and Kampala
Booking a holiday on line can be a bit scary, you need to rely on reviews.
Achieve Global Safaris did not disappoint. There was excellent clear open communication at all times.
The Three Day Gorilla Experience was magical, accomodation and meals brilliant.
We had a fabulous day and evening exploring the cultures of Uganda in Kampala.
Our guide was fabulous, very good knowledge base, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Uganda is an amazing country, Achieve Global Safaris are doing an excellent job showing Uganda off.
Well done.

Stephen Baboineke, knowledgeable, very kind, and instantly we were like family. He kept us safe!
Jolie communicated very well with me. The Gorilla Treks were amazing!
Although they didn’t take as much time as I had allocated and therefore we had lots of down time.
And you won’t need binoculars to see the gorillas- so save the weight for souvenirs!

Fantastic 12 day safari in Uganda & Rwanda!!
My sister and I booked a 12 day safari trip with Achieve, covering both Uganda and Rwanda. We could not have asked for a better experience. Jolie was incredibly responsive in helping us plan our trip and accommodating our needs. She always responded promptly and thoroughly. Our guide for the entire trip was Abdu, who was just amazing--so knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone planning a safari!

Amazing Safaris!
We did an 11 days Safari, visiting 5 national parks and the rhinos sanctuary, Murchison Falls, Kibale (Chimps), Queen Elizabeth, Mgahinga (gorillas) and finally Lake Mburo.
Eddie, our guide & driver was always kind and tried to do the best for a great stay at Uganda, even some changes during the trip, and Jolie, our tour consultant, was very patient with our requests and changes. Achieve Global is a good choice!!
After the trip, If I had to repeat the only thing I would do differently is 4 national parks in 11 days, losing Lake Mburo.
And of course, the Gorillas is a MUST!

it could not have been better
First of all, and most important: Thank you! Thank you Haruna (our guide) for making this trip such an unbelievable experience. During our 10-day roundtrip through the various national parks of Uganda, you made us feel safe & comfortable allowing us to enjoy the “ride” thoroughly. While being a reliable driver, you provided countless information regarding the country as well as its wildlife in perfect English language. However, what we liked even more were the interesting and deep discussions about our different cultural backgrounds leading to an exchange and sometimes even an adoption of rituals, practices or habits.
We arrived at Entebbe International Airport in the middle of the night, with transport to our accommodation already arranged. Everything went as planned and, after a first delicious breakfast consisting of assorted fruits, pancakes and coffee the next morning, Haruna picked us up in his comfortable tourist van where you could raise the roof while on safari. We then started our journey to the different national parks of Lake Mburo, Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale and Murchison Falls before heading back to Kampala to do a Covid-19 test and then Entebbe to fly back to Germany. Throughout the various national parks, we were able to see elephants, hippos, giraffes, lions, leopards, zebras, buffalos, chimpanzees, baboons, various other species of monkeys, mountain gorillas, multiple beautiful birds as well as many other animals. When we weren’t able to see the wild animals that we were supposed to see in a specific national park during our first game drive (safari) there, Haruna was relentless in pulling all strings possible and even offering a second unplanned game drive in that national park when time would allow it. While every single game drive was enjoyable and delivered an animal species that we hadn’t seen before, the penetration of the “impenetrable forest” in Bwindi to see the mountain gorillas was another big highlight. After an exhausting (but easily doable for people of average fitness) 2-hour hike up the mountain, we essentially became part of a gorilla family for one hour. The gorillas didn’t mind the human presence at all, allowing you to observe our tremendously smart and impressive relatives from a very close distance. Certainly a must-do for frenetic wildlife fans who can afford it!
On the road from one national park to the other, Haruna quickly recognized what was most important for us: He made sure that we had a constant supply of drinking water, asked regularly if we had to use the washrooms and let us enjoy the scenery and culture. We stopped for typical Ugandan food, fruit markets along the highway and different viewpoints where we wanted to take photo. Basically, whenever we asked for something or had a small problem, Haruna was able to help and solve it very fast.
This setting as well as the surprisingly beautiful weather during the wet season allowed us to have an all-around amazing stay in Uganda. Highly recommended to travelers around the world!
Once again, thank you. Haruna hakuna matata!
