Professional and Affordable
I went up Mount Kenya with Oakland and they were very helpful throughout the process from beginning to end. The guide (Charles) was also very good in his attention to detail and provide a lot of background information and practical advice while on the trek. He set a perfect pace and allowed us to really enjoy our entire hike throughout. The entire trip as a resident of Kenya was very affordable and I would recommend

Very organised, trustworthy and great communication, would recommend and use again
Booking a tour company from the UK was challenging but Oakland Tours and Safari made it so easy. The communication was excellent and whilst I booked nine months in advance they kept in touch from time to tint to give me peace of mind and were flexible with changes made. Travelling as a family they made us feel safe, were very accommodating and nothing was any trouble. The drivers were very courteous and always happy to help and go the extra mile to make all the members of my family happy, which was no easy task with teenage daughters and excited adults. It was very thoughtful of our driver Moses to go back to a location in the hope of finding the lion just to make my husband happy even when we had not asked. We hope to use them for another tour in the future as the go to your company. Cannot recommend them enough. They made our safari holiday special.

The most honest and best tour operator
Oakland tour and safaris team made our dream destination more beautiful than what we have imagined.
Our tour gudie and driver Boni Boni was amazing in his spotting skills and also very knowledgeable abt kenya, with him we were lucky to spot all the big 5, cheetah and great migration, it was unbelievable for us, our 8 year old son enjoyed his company overall we will never forget this trip and planning to visit again.
Thanks to Oakland team they helped a lot to tailor made our trip, they helped us in each and every step of our trip.
I would recommend them to all my family friends.

Involvement
We chose Oakland among 10 other local agencies we received offers from when organizing out safari trip to Kenya. Why we chose them? First of all, they seemed most opened towards communication and answering to all of our requests. We got all we wanted and the staff was very friendly and open. The driver that was provided to us was experienced and very funny. We had a great time with him and he tried to offer us the best game drive (considering the 2 days we had at disposal). The accomodation that the agency suggested to have was top, from room facilities to superb food and friendly staff. We highly recommend Oakland Safari tours for their openess and professionalism.

Good price. Good service.
Simon bring us to beautiful spots, where you can see a lots of animals. Voi Wildlife Lodge was fantastic. There are a lots of elephants. They come there to drink,while you eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for everything! Dreams came true with Oak Land Tours and Safaris.

Very nice experience, very nice driver, all was perfect
We loved the driver because he was very friendly and kind. He stopped all the time during the game drives while we wanted to spot the animals. He did not have a bad behaviour at all. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and efficient
From the first contact Felistus was always helpful and efficient. She always answered quickly despite the time difference. Everything was very well organized with good value for money. The trip went exactly as described. We did the 8-day itinerary to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Our guide and driver, Henry, was always on time, helpful, and with his explanations he made our experience perfect. All my expectations were exceeded. It is a very serious travel agency.

Incredible service and overall experience!
Oakland Tour made our trip prefect. Since the begging the communication with Felistus was very clear and she was amazingly kind, took very good care of our itinerary and answered every question we had. Once in Kenya our driver, Henry, was very a experienced guide that made our game drive experiences unforgettable. He was also kind and patient, making the trip a once in a lifetime experience.
We received everything we were promised and more. The Oakland costumer care is gold! Thank you for the reliability and the amazing time you made happen for us. Would definitely recommend and make other itineraries with them.
