Very professional and efficient in their service delivery
The team provides information on time when requested and have exceeded our expectations of the holiday destination. We had a very thrilling experience at the Serena Sweet Waters lodge which also had excellent services. The tour guide who attended to us was very well informed and pleasant to work with.
