Holiday of a lifetime.
I have just enjoyed a wonderful safari holiday with my family and have nothing but praise for the company and staff.
We had an excellent guide and driver in James. When he promised leopards and lions etc., he delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. If he heard us say elephant or giraffe we immediately drove to find them.
We stayed in the lovely Sopa Lodge where the staff again were so kind. They baked a cake for my son's birthday and danced round the whole dining room to deliver it to the delight of all the guests.
I would encourage everyone to consider them when booking a safari holiday. You made my dreams come true.

A journey of a lifetime.
First and foremost I would like to say a million thank you to Mr. Dickson for organizing my safari trip. He was so decent, professional, educated, honest and was so kind enough for giving me back a $10 discount when I paid him with the amount we orinally agreed on. I refused to get the money because I know Mr. Dickson is supporting a charity institution for children who were neglected by thier own families and send them to school via the money he gets from his company. What an amazing man he is. In particular, the safari was legit and smoothly done by our driver Joshua who was also super nice and very knowledgable with the animals we saw around the park. I cannot wait to come back again. May God Bless this company and continue helping needy people in Kenya.

Well Organised Elephant Hill Day Trek
Dickson, Efraim and Alex provided a well organised and fun day-trip trekking up Elephant Hill in the Aberdares. We were picked up at 6.30am in Nairobi and were back by 6.30pm. The day ran very smoothly and Efraim was a fun and experienced guide. Thanks!
Almost like too good to be true
Dickson responses to emails quickly almost every time. If you don't hear from him right away, that only means he is touring customers in the areas without wifi. The drivers are polite, on time, and go extra miles to see the rare animals. Foods are great, with plenty varieties. Hotel conditions are better than what I expexted. Do bring some face masks since the roads are very dusty.

Wonderful adventure
Arrangements by Dickson and our guide David made this a once in a lifetime trip. Dickson was always quick to respond and extremely dedicated to fulfilling our needs and desires. David was so warm that by week's end we considered him our friend. His knowledge of and ability to spot the animals was terrific. Don't miss Masai Mara! Unparalleled in beauty and big five sightings.
Thanks Dickson and David for a most memorable week

Outstanding Experience in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda
My husband, our three teen-aged daughters, and I, along with my husband's parents, just did a 19 day African expedition with Dickson and his crew - ten days in Kenya (Samburu, Masai Mara, Amboseli, etc.), five days in Tanzania (Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater), and four days in Uganda (tracking gorillas in the Bwindi Impenetrable forest). Amazing!! The driver/guides were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and made sure we saw everything we needed to see. Dickson's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made us feel most relaxed and taken care of so we could simply sit back and take in the magnificent surroundings. I have one word for Africa - Go. And if/when you do, let Dickson and his crew take care of you - you will not regret it.

Dream Come True
Our group of 8 friends went on the 8 day safari trip organized by Dickson. The beautiful landscapes of Africa are amazing especially during sun rise and sun set. We recorded 49 different animals using camera and video including cheetahs, a family of 8 lions, large harps of elephants, as well as the giant hippos in the river, lake and pond. The wild beast and Zebra migrations are magnificent. I was amazed at the number of zebras and giraffes in Masai. Our driver was Mori. He is a safe driver very nice and helpful. he also entertained us throughout the trip. the food was excellent buffet style breakfast and dinner. most lunched were picnics except first and last day. We slept in cabin style tents for two nights with shower and toilet in our room and the rest of the nights in the hotels that were wonderful and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. This trip made my Africa Dream come true and I can't wait to go back again to see the animals! Thanks a million Mr. Dickson!

A SAFARI AND AN ASCENT OF KILIMANJARO THAT BLEW EVERYONE AWAY
Four friends and I recently returned from a most wonderful adventure in Kenya and Tanzania organized by Dickson and Adventure Africa Expeditions. My friends were "blown away" by our wildlife safari in Kenya and then the climb of Kilimanjaro and finally 3 days on Zanzibar. But visits to the giraffe centre and elephant orphanage near Nairobi, a tour of a spice farm on Zanzibar and meeting local people were great added experiences. It was the first visit to Africa for the others, although I had been before. I did a similar trip with Dickson and Adventure Africa in 2011 with other friends and felt enthused and looked forward to another trip with Adventure Africa.
Our guide, James, for our safari to Masa Mara, Amboseli and other locations was very knowledge and is to be highly recommended. James led us to wonderful encounters with lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, vultures and much more but nothing surpassed our 1.5 hour encounter with 2 wandering leopards. James also knew the birds we saw and the variety of trees and other vegetation. He was excellent! Our accommodations and food were first class.
Our ascent of Kilimanjaro, led by our guide, Siraji, and his assistants, could not have been better. We ascended the Machame route to the Shira Plateau, then spent 3 days traversing the southern slope of Kilimanjaro. We passed the Lava Tower, Barranco Camp, Karanga Camp and on to the Barafu Camp while getting acclimatized to the high elevation. Then it was the night ascent to the top. Despite an average age of 65 we made the top with no headaches, nausea or other altitude effects although saw people in other groups struggling or even having to give up and turn around. Although less than perfect weather (except for the ascent to the top) our guides, porters and cooks did a fantastic job of looking after us. The tents and food were great. We could not thank Siraji and his crew enough for the good time and successful climb.
In short, we would strongly recommend Dickson and Adventure Africa Expeditions for a wonderful and varied adventure in East Africa.
