Linked me to the perfect safari!
They were helpful and responsive, but most importantly they set me up with the safari company that was ideal for my situation!

Very welcoming and helpful.
Clive Murray assisted me with my booking and was very helpful. I am happy with the deal I received as my stay was enjoyable and worth the money I spend. The only thing that went wrong was when we arrived at Bongani Mountain lodge there was no shuttle to pick us up to take us to the lodge. We were informed that pick ups were at 12:00, 13:00 and 15:00. We arrived at 14:50 to be told we were suppose to advise Bongani mountain lodge what time we would arrive so they can organize the pick up. This was not told to me so we ended up waiting about 40 minutes for the transfer to come and collect us. Other than that everything went well.

An awesome safari to Kruger and Sabi Sands
Just got back after an amazing 3 night stay at Tydon Safari's luxury tented camp, where we did 2 game drives to Kruger and 3 to Sabi Sands. The accommodation, staff and the quality of the game drives (in terms of what we saw and knowledge of the guides) was first class. The food was also very good.
The only slight criticism I have is regarding the arrangements for the pick up from my hotel in Sandton (Jo'burg), since I had to chase the agent for these. Indeed, once I had paid my final instalment, there was very little contact from the agent regarding travel arrangements etc.

On the hole a lovely experience
Accommodation is average but well cleaned
Monkeys a challenge as always but cannot be avoided. Visitors must be on the look out to protect all foodstuff
We wear accommodated in Cabin No 6. The Fridge-Freezer did not work at all
The water was absolutely rotten and cannot even be used for washing
The little shop was well equipped with sufficient bottled water and ice
Kind and try to find exactly what we would like.
Helpful to find exactly what we like, kind and serious.

Some additions to my earlier review
In my earlier review I forgot to mention our early morning bush walk guide Rex.. He was absolutely great.. Experienced, knowledgable and full of fun to be with...another point though my typing mistake...it was 250 rand extra and not 25 for the entry fee in the Balule gate...

The safaris were excellent, especially the guides at the Tremisana Lodge (Tania was the best)..
The Safaris and the guides were excellent. A comment has to be made about the accomodation standards. The chalets in the Tremisane lodge are in urgent need for renovation. We stayed in chalet no. 1. We were not looking for luxury but it was very basic and very small for two persons...the aircondition worked for only one night and that was it so we had to use the ceiling fun. Very hot at nights so sleeping in the chalet was uncomfortable. The bathroom tabs did not run well and all in all the bathroom itself was not of good standard..Dinner was traditional and good, breakfast was average.. The swimming pool is not usable, full of insects and the water was dirty.. One last point.. could not understand why we had to pay an additional 25 rand fee to enter the Balula gate.. already paid over 16,300 rand..These comments are for you to improve your standards...
Booking our trip was hassle free and consideration was given to our specific needs.
We stayed at The Lodge in Thendele in Royal Natal National Park. Loved the setting, which is stunningly beautiful and the gardens and verges well maintained. Road has quite a few potholes leading up to the Thendele car park. The fact that the Lodge was big, spacious, and was very eco friendly with the grass growing on the roof was really lovely. Sipho, our cook was very good, pleasant and helpful in every way. Only complaint was the carpets badly need cleaning or replacing, very badly stained. The bathrooms need renovating, there is only one shower in one bathroom, the rest have baths, and although clean on the surface the bathrooms are old and not water conservation friendly...
Cape Vidal Park
Cape Vidal is an amazing destination. The place is beautiful. The staff at the park were friendly and helpful. The only (Constructive ) criticism that I have, is that log cabin no. 3 is in bad need of repair, we had to be moved to another cabin for the next night, as it leaked like a sieve. The other cabin (no. 10) was in better shape, but the water in the toilet had to be switched on and off at the tap as it ran continuously. In general the state of repair is not good, and a sharper eye is needed in management. Taking all that into consideration, it was still a great place to stay!!

A good mid-range safari experience
Overall, the safari was good and services were well provided. Food and accommodation were good, as expected. People (guides, cooks etc.) were nice. The only thing that was maybe less easy was the preparation and the communication before the safari. Some informations were lacking or could have been provided much more in advance.
