Phinda Rock Lodge and transfers
Our package was organised by Adelle Bell, she was very professional and extremely helpful.
1> Transfer from Richards Bay to Phinda Rock Lodge: Safe and friendly driver, excellent service.
2> Phinda Rock Lodge: Fantastic, will definitely will recommend, Everything was excellent, The Safaris, the accommodation, the food and the special bush dinner. *****
3> Transfer to Durban Airport: Safe and friendly driver, excellent service.
4> Transfer Cape Town Airport to City Lodge V&A: The service was very good but terribly over priced when compared to the cost of a Taxi in Cape Town, the cost of that short ride was nearly as expensive as the accommodation and breakfast at the hotel.
5> City Lodge V&A: Hotel was nice but their restaurant only server snack type food for evening dinner and there are no other restaurants within a short walk.

Great service - super easy booking
Wendy Mulder was a great booking agent - very helpful and efficient. She did try book a specific cabin for us but on arrival we were put into another cabin so that was a bit disappointing but assuming the mess up was made by cape vidal?

Midmar Dam
The chalets may be basic but they are comfortable and offer a great view of the dam. Close enough to Howick to get supplies and close enough to Nottingham Rd to visit a few of the local restaurants and breweries.
Great value for money! The chalet was also very clean.

Everything we dreamed of came true
When planning your first safari, you tend to set your personal expectations high! Wanting to see the big five, experiance amazing sights etc. Really, you shouldn't do that, as you are dealing with nature and that has a tendency to be conservative and immidiate to its own needs and not ours.
Our agent Clive, explained with clarity, all that we needed and more and showed great professionalism and knowledge in getting our group exactly what we wanted. This guy is simply incredible at what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Clive managed our expectations and if anything under promised and certainly over delevered.
However, I can honestly say, that with this trip, all our expectations were exceeded. The lodges were incredible and as for the brilliance of the Guides and scouts, they made this safari the trip of a lifetime.

perfect bookings!
Once again perfect organized! At all places we wanted to visit the perfect accomodation was suggested and we had no problems with any oft the bookings. We had a great time, however, the trip (again) was much too short, means, we are planning the next trip and we'll do it with you again! Many thanks and kindest regards, Klaus

The beauty of South Africa was awe inspiring. Also received fascinating and eye opening glimpses int
We were impressed with how well our trip was organized in regards to flights, hotels and safari. The Portswood Hotel was lovely. Excellent service in the best part of town. The Safari was excellent. Again very well organized. We were a little bit taken back when we got to the Outlook Lodge in Joberg. There was no one who really took the lead on telling us how things worked. We had to ask questions about everything and they seemed irritated. In the end we got on fine but would have preferred an upscale hotel after three nights in the bush.
