"Absoutely positively excellent experience"
My friend and i were looking on the internet for a seven day safari to Kenya.we found Kenya ideal safaris and Emmanuel from the start ,Emmanuel answered all our questions either by phone or email and was fabulous to work with.He helped us plan our dream vacation to Kenya (Amboseli national park,lakenakuru national park and Maasai mara game reserve)Everything from start to finish was handled so professionally and without any hitches.We were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi by our guide, Kizito and from the moment we met him,it felt like three friends on a vacation.I sense if fun really added to our experience.I have made a new friend for life.Having a private tour is truly the best way to go on safari.The arrangements made for us by Emmanuel through out the trip were perfect.I have been recommending Kenya ideal safaris to all my friends since i have returned and i would definitely use them again.

The Greatest Life Experience By Far"
kenya ideal safaris and tours went miles beyond meeting our every expectation.Our safari took place in Nakuru and Maasai mara game reserve whereby we spent our five adventurous days.we did not know what to anticipate since this was our first safari.Our guide picked us up at the airport in Nairobi and drove us to the lake Nakuru national park.We immediately felt comfortable with our guide because he was personable,very knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor.
He took care of everything during safari.This included getting us checked in at the all the camps and lodges we had booked,taking care of our expenses at mealtimes,and most importantly transporting us on our search for the Big Five.We were fortunate to have seen all of the Big Five and much more.We also appreciated the beautiful scenery of the area and gained an appreciation for the delicate balance of the ecosystem.I found our guide to be extremely helpful by spending time advising us when and how to take good pictures.Turns out,he was quite a good photographer of his own right.
If you get a chance to take a safari,do so.You will not regret it.if you choose to do so,I highly recommend using Kenya ideal safaris.

i don't have enough great things about this Africa safari tour operator!I used them to plan our dream honeymoon to kenya and couldn't have done it without them.I actually had gone with another travel agency due to to the higher number of reviews,but after i had a negative experience through out the trip i decided not to use them again,i decided to give this company a shot and i am so happy that i did.A few highlights:
1.personal touch:
The owner scheduled a time that was convenient for us to talk over the phone as soon as i reached out to them about my inquiry.Even though they were based in Nairobi(more than later),they were always accommodating to my schedule even though i live in the states,He personally went over what we were looking for,gave me some great advice.
2.flexibility.
I like to be hands-on with trip planning and loved that the company was so flexible with all my requests.They let me use my miles/points to purchase some of the plane tickets and also book hotels on my own when i found a better price online.I always felt like they cared more about making me happy than making money.
3.Our agent:
I felt like i had to dedicate a whole section to our agent.since this was our first time traveling to africa and going on safari,we had a lot of questions.i think i sent 50 emails to him before the trip and another 20 during the trip.He replied to all my emails quickly and positively each time.He even met us while we were in Naiobi ,bought us a drink,gave us a thoughtful gift basket of local treats,and provided personal recommendations for activities and restaurants.All of his recommendations were spot on and it was great to get advice from someone that had personally experienced everything he recommended was very helpful.He has followed up with me since then to make sure that we got back okay and didn't just move on to the next client as most companies would.
Our Africa safari travel has gained a client for life and my wife and i will be recommending them to all our family and friends.Don't let the limited reviews dissuade you,they are small,boutique company that provides a personal touch,but have the resources and experience to handle most complex itineraries and requests.
