Professional yet friendly
I made a trip to the maasai mara for a small budget and was completely satisfied with the guide and accommodation (big tents including bathroom, comfy bed and moskito net).
Well am I must say this is a rare kind of experience I have never have in my whole.
Being my first experience, Reagan , one of your employee recommended for me Abandera African royal trails he even booked me in one of the sopa lodges , ooh my and the guides were excellent. honestly speaking this is one of a rare kind of experience I have never had, my family really enjoyed and for sure I wont hesitate to suggest this to someone else. Kudos to Abandera Africa Royal Trails, and thumps up to Reagan.

Overall, good.
The Safari was good. The experience in the Masai Mara was awesome. There is just three things I would like to say:
1. This company charge me a price and they say all was included and it was supposed they was going to pick me up (free) and once they dropped me into the town they charged me 1000 Kenyan Shilings (I could take a uber and it would be cheaper) but they didn't tell me anything about this extra fee.
2. Once I was on the van, they charged me 300 Kenyan Shilings for provide me water during the tour (it supposed that all was included as well).
3. Someone sold the same tour for my friends €150 more expensive.
The tour is good, the park is beautiful, all the people have to live this experience. Just make you sure to ask what is included an what isn't because even when they say ''all inclusive'' it is not, and make sure you're paying the right price.

Mr. Ben was amazing. He and Raegan made sure I made it to their office on time. Mr. Ben got me back to langata safely. Mr. Jackson was professional. A sweet heart. Kind spirited and amazing driver who went beyond the call to ensure that everything was perfect for us! His driving had me worried but it’s like that in the USA. He did great!!!!!!
