Great experience with outstanding customer service and a very nice and knowledgable team
We (me and my wife) did a 5 day safari with love&dove in Serengeti & Ngorongoro crater and it was definitively a great and memorable experience. First & foremost – I would definitively do any adventure and / or safari trip again with this company! So why?:
1. Really great customer service and acumen from the first point of contact:
a. the entire team was very helpful, flexible & fast in providing itinerary options according to our needs
b. we got picked up and welcomed at the airport in a very nice manner, all staff was perfectly capable of
speaking English and knowledgeable about our customized trip
c. …great sense of customer needs: we lost our baggage on the way to Kilimanjaro airport …love &
dove helped us to get it to us the very next day into the Serengeti camp, so that we really could enjoy
the trip
2. Staff was very nice, warm, professional and knowledgeable:
a. You will spend a lot of time with your driver while being on the safari. Our driver, Nova, was / is a
great person. He was very nice, took care of us and our personal needs and very knowledgeable, e.g.
we had to buy some stuff since our baggage was lost -> Nova (our driver) took care
b. Nova (our driver) was very knowledgeable about the area, the wildlife and the animals - his English
was very good.
3. Camps have been nice, clean and safe!
a. Camps have been selected according to our wishes and have been very good
b. The staff at all camps have been really kind – and everybody took care of our personal security, e.g.
w/r to mosquito or wildlife at night
We really experienced a very professional team at love & dove. It might be still a smaller company compared to other providers but I would always go again with them and would fully recommend their service.

Great experience with Love Dove Africa
We booked the 3 days/2 nights serengeti / ngorogoro tour in september 2016. it was an unforgettable experience. the main guides' english was very good, both of them were relly friendly and always ready for a joke. the campsites were nice and food cooked by the guides also great. we totally can recommend this tour and would definitely do it again!

Truly an unforgettable experience with remarkable guides!
I thought the guides did an exceptional job! They were very friendly, well knowledgable, and more than happy to answer all questions. I felt very safe while in the care of our guides. Not only did they care for our safety, but that of the animals as well. I shall definitely tour with this group again! I'll also gladly recommend them to anyone!

Very Great Experience
The tour guide and driver were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Whenever we had a problem, it was resolved quickly and they accommodated all our needs. The car was comfortable and the camp sites were very enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely want to do it again .

Flexible and easy to work with! Excellent service!
My family did an amazing 3 days-2 nights tour of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks. We really appreciated that Love and Dove worked hard to answer all our concerns and to work within our budget. The guides were very friendly, professional and definitely made the trip a pleasure too. Happy that our children got to learn so much about the region! I will definitely travel with Love and Dove on my next safari!

They have professional guides! A great chef (finger licking good) at the camping safari,.. (compliments to the chef any day!!!)

authentic African safari
My favourite place in Arusha was the view of Mount Meru. The hikes were refreshing and the walking safaris to Arusha National Park was amazing. visit the masai craft village for authentic cultural crafts. Eat eat plenty of nyama choma and ooh hit the nite clubs for bongo flava!!!!

Excellent Service
Before I finally reached Tanzania I had a long list of queries and expectations. I am ashamed to say I stressed these guys. What is amazing was their always prompt response to my one thousand and one queries.
I was totally blown away by your hands on approach in sending me countless pictures, contacts, etc that helped me make a final choice for my holiday. I totally fell in love with Tanzania and I will definitely be back !
