Initial contact to the actual booking, very helpful, fast and accurate.
The pic-up, tour and tour-guide was very professional and helpful. It was better than I expected.
Choosen accomondations, where less than I expected.
The Gorilla-trekking was a fantastic experience, however we had a very looong trekking. It is recommended that you are prepared for a quite exhausting walk out of any path.
Still not decided ? - just do it, its a must !!

Wau!!!
We were a group of 7 peoples who were full of expectation and curiosity. We should all also true. From the first contact with Justus to the last administration of the hands of our guides and chauffeur-Ben and Luke, it was fabulous. They are nice people willing to meet your every wish.Thank you and recommend this expedition for overyone.

Amazing customer service, friendly and competent!
I booked a 4 day tour with Justus. He answered my questions always very quick and I was confident to be in best hands. Last week I went on my tour with driver/guide Ben and all my expectations were exceded! Service, knowledge, friendliness: all superb. The lodges Justus booked me were also amazing. On top of that, Ben adres some nice extra's as f.e a pineapple snack stop on a spot where there was a wonderful view. I definately recommend Gorilla Bookings and especially Ben since he was awarded with a gold medal for tour guide of the year 2016!

Lovely Experience

Here we are.... you want an amazing experience in the deep part of the center of Africa... please call or email
Justus... anytime during the day or the night... justus will reply to your questions... like someone who doesn't need to sleep... and the result is ... above your expectations... justus and his team ( ask jimmy as driver and guide) will organise for you the perfect trip through Uganda and Rwanda ( at least this is what I asked for)...
The amazing landscape, perfect scenery, gorillas hiking, classic safari, lodges and the support a tourist needs in this part of Africa... they will provide...
but this is not all, if you want to use your free time and meet the people living in the villages you visit... your driver will guide you and lead you where you want ... at least this what I did with jimmy...
all these points will give you an unforgettable and amazing experience in this part of Africa...

Amazing Safari
My 8-day safari with Charles and Gorilla Bookings was amazing! Communication ahead of the trip with Justus was clear and quick - even after hours messages. The ability to see so many parks and animals in such a short time was incredible and Charles was a fabulous host and guide. The AC went out on the van one day, but he was quick to get it fixed at the next stop and without a delay in our schedule. I would recommend Gorilla Bookings to anyone going to Uganda and wanting to see the Silverback Gorillas and all that Uganda has to offer!

That was nonforgatable experince. stuffs were very informative about nature and eco system
We had a private tour for 8 days. They arranged a very suitable program for our trip in fact. Donna as a guide and driver was a kind and cooprative person who was trying to do best for us. His knowkege about nature and willife , customs and local diet and habits were very useful. If i decide to visit again Uganda, i booked again this company undoubtfully.

Deep understanding on what they are offering. Pretty well organized and accurate. Staff know the route, sightseeing and local costumes. If I ever have the chance to go back to Uganda, I would not doubt to book my trip/safari with these guys!

Amazing Experience
If you are looking for a good Trip Agency to have the amazing expirience of visiting the Ugandas Gorillas Home, don´t look any further, Gorilla Bookings is your best choice. At least that was my experience last summer when I booked my trip with them.
We met them by Internet just a few weeks before travelling and we really feel very lucky because you never know if the services will be as good as you wish and they made it realy nice.
The price is right and affordable with a magnificent quality of services, perfect accompaniment from the airport, confortable vehicles and very good drivers that make your trip very easy.
Since we contact them they advised us very well and made all the arrangements for us in order to visit the gorillas including the journey to and from the forest, offering us very nice and confortable accommodations.
At the end Justus and Ben became good friends for us, as well as all the people that work with them in the way. I really hope to meet them again in any further trip.

Excellent, swift replies to all queries.
We were were happy with how things were organised, cooperation of Justus, even after the "official" part of the trip was over, experience with gorillas and chimpanzees amazing. Definitely to be recommended.
