Nice vacation
We went to Bwindi for Gorilla trekking and then on to Queen E. NP on a 5-days trip from Kampala. We were very satisfied with the service, our program, our driver and all lodges & activities. Justus... anytime during the day or the night... justus will reply to your questions... like someone who doesn't need to sleep... and the result is ... above your expectations... justus and his team ( ask jimmy as driver and guide) will organise for you the perfect trip through Uganda and Rwanda ( at least this is what I asked for)...
The amazing landscape, perfect scenery, gorillas hiking, classic safari, lodges and the support a tourist needs in this part of Africa... they will provide...
but this is not all, if you want to use your free time and meet the people living in the villages you visit... your driver will guide you and lead you where you want ... at least this what I did with jimmy...

Amazing customer service, friendly and competent!
I booked a 4 day tour with Justus. He answered my questions always very quick and I was confident to be in best hands. Last week I went on my tour with driver/guide Ben and all my expectations were exceded! Service, knowledge, friendliness: all superb. The lodges Justus booked me were also amazing. On top of that, Ben adres some nice extra's as f.e a pineapple snack stop on a spot where there was a wonderful view. I definately recommend Gorilla Bookings and especially Ben since he was awarded with a gold medal for tour guide of the year 2016!

Very good experience.
I think the trip was excellent. And the attention from the online guys was good until.......
It was awkward for all of us when Jimmy was informed by office - this, half-way to Queen Elizabeth Park - that I needed to pay the rest of the fee before we proceeded . However, I hadn't receive a email reminder, and as I had booked some months previously, I finally figured out that I really hadn't.
So, we had to do several bank withdrawals along the way, on separate days, in order to fix this. I expect one of the online guys forgot to send the reminder, just like I forgot I needed to pay it. (Sorry guy(s) , I'm sure neither of us did this intentionally).
I would definitely recommend a trip with Safari Bookings
But it was solved and I definitely would recommend the trip.
