That little bit more
What do we want from a travel agent? 1. To be well organised. 2. Good communicators. 3. Value for money. Vickson (manager) and his staff were all of these things and more when we were in Nairobi. No only was our safari trip to the Massai Mara arranged for us perfectly, and at short notice and with an excellent driver in the national park, but here is a company that went that bit further. Our luggage was delayed in China and so we were without our belongings for a few days. So when it finally arrived, vickson personally picked us up from our hotel, drove us to the airport, helped us retrieve our luggage and then drove us back to to the Nairobi to connect with our pick-up for our safari. This is a great bunch of people who know what they are doing and do it extremely well

The safari to masia Mara was a wonderful experience, I had a great guide who show everything there is. The accommodation was perfect , what also count's for the food.

Great Masai Mara camping safari with good service!
We went for a safari from Nairobi to Masai Mara for three days.
The safari was great. Our guide really did the best he can to show us all the different animals. It would have been nice if he showed a bit more initiative by telling about the area and animals. But if we did ask ourselfs, he could tell us a lot. He was available and around any time if we needed him.
The camping place was very nice. A beautiful spot, big tent, real bed, even a hot shower. Also the food was nice.
If we wanted to extend our safari, it was possible anytime to arrange this.
Before and after the safari we had a free pick up and drop off from the hotel. Unfortenatly the didn't tell us we had to pay extra for the drop off, because the hotel was to far.
The staff from the tour operators where very friendly and helpfull. While meeting one off the guys before me made a booking, we did find him a bit pushy to make business.
Overall we reccomend to book here!

Friendly and helpful
The tour was amazing. Our guide Anthony did his best to show us all the true nature of Masai mara. The nature itself can't be described in words, you have to see it yourself. The camp was clean, safe and good. Tents were comfortable with hot shower in each tent.

The Vickson-Michael Team Made All The Difference
My wife and I visited Nairobi in October 2016, strictly for business. I was not searching for a full-blown safari; however, she ran into Michael and several other tour operators on the street. Michael, an assistant to Vickson O. Onyango, made arrangements for the trip flawless. I, too, was hooked. Both those guys, working as a cohesive team, created a cost-reasonable package and on to Masai Mara we went. Know what? They were so engaged in their business they not only see us go to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, they were also on hand to ensure flawlessness all the way to NBO (the international airport) for our departure to the United States. My wife and I could not be more impressed. They were down-to-earth, superbly polite and eternally inviting. They knew the contours of excellent customer service and worked assiduously to exceed them. Please ask for Vickson and Michael to ensure your adventure into the wild will be as exciting as you expect it to be. They are the best, hands down.

Exelent service and care
Very good 7-days safari. All happened what was promised. Vickson took care of us whole the time. Car and driver Efraim was good. We saw all big cats 5 m distance and over twenty different wild animals. Weather in december was good. Masai Mara is very clean and there is lot of animals.

Great 7-day tour!
I went on the 7-day Masai Mara / Lake Naivasha / Hell's Gate / Mount Kenya tour in March. It was a very quiet season, so I ended up having a private tour with the driver. My driver was very nice and took good care of me, often calling the guides with whom I was hiking or biking, to make sure I am all right :-) The choice of the destinations was excellent. This a tour where you combine game drives, biking, and hiking on the mountain and in the forest. You do not need to be super fit, but a good basic condition is needed for the activities. If you do not want to spend the holidays just sitting passively in the car, this is a tour to consider. I highly recommend!

Very good contact and care during our stay, flexibility (take into account our tour plans).
We spent very good time in Kenya and Tanzania. We visited Serengeti park, Ngorongoro crater, Natron Lake, Ol Doinyo Lengai (with climbing). We saw a lof of wild animals and beautiful nature. After safarii we climbed on Kilimajaro. Next we visited Zanzibar. Atfer short rest on coast we climbed on Lenena Peak (Mt.Kenya) and visited Nairobi. During our all travell we had good and experienced guides with big knowledge. We were and saw everything what we planed. One disadvantage - not information about real tips (Kilimajaro trip).
