Amazing experience (8 days of safari)
It was a wonderful trip. My friend and I are two German girls who booked eight days of safari with Taste of Afrika. These eight days I won’t forget.
The communication beforehand was mainly via WhatsApp and we never waited too long for an answer.
When we arrived, we were picked up at the airport. They drove us to our hotel, where we stayed one additional day before our safari began. The safari itself was absolutely stunning. I am so grateful for everything especially for our driver. Hussein was always there to answer our questions and he made us feel safe all the time.
Everything was well-organised and I can recommend booking such a safari at Taste of Afrika.

Amazing hike
We had a great Climb with a really good mixed group of people 8people (ages ranged from 25 to 50). It was a quite a hard hike to reach on the rooftop Kili but with the help of our Guides and the crew we did it to summit. Hiking at altitude were very hard but the whole group made it to the Uhuru Peak by adopting a slowly (pole pole) but steady pace and we had sunrise and great visibility on the top Uhuru Peak. It took us 4 days to get up and 2 days to come down and I would recommend building up your muscles before the trip as it is quite strenuous. The campsite clean, good and the guides and porters did a great job. Small piece of advice to all hikers is to take some of clothing, layers, pants, socks and the best warm jackets you can afford (other climbing gear you can rent from the company). Overall, we had a great experience.

Fabulous Experience
Overall, the trip experience was superb and the opportunity to see the Cheetah in Serengeti National Parks was incredible. The addition visit to Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania is one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world, was a great stopover during our safari. The overall itinerary was well thought out, the accommodation and transport were good, all local staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient. Moses as a professional guide, he is knowledgeable with animals during the game drive, good manner and services were particularly outstanding

Absolutely Perfect Safari
Our tour was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend Taste of Afrika! We stayed at a great lodge in Karatu (Farm of Dreams) and if you want to do a short tour and see most of the best in Tanzania Big 4, I can recommend you 3 days lodge safari as the best tour to book!

Owner is awful
Sekanawo Gondwe did not spend one penny of the money we sent him on our safari. First, he tried to get us to send him the full amount for the safari 6 months in advance of the safari. Then he tried to add people to our private safari. Finally, we sent him the other half of the money 1 month before the safari. He never made reservations on our behalf. He never sent any of the accommodations our money. We even gave him extra money to book our PCR tests and he failed to make those reservations. He continued to lie to us and say he would make the reservations and they never materialized. He lied to us all the way up to the moment the Diplomatic and Tourism Police arrested him Arusha and charged him with obtaining money by false pretences. Every word that comes out of his mouth is a bold-faced lie. Steer clear of this unscrupulous operator.

We pride ourselves on making sure that all of our clients have exceptional memories captured during any of our offerings. The problem occurred here with the employment of a new guide that took advantage and manipulated you. Our guides are just as committed to great service as we are; however, a new guide fell through the cracks.
The guides simply guide the tour. Any changes that you are informed of should be confirmed with your initial point of contact as we handle all of your bookings. It is unfair to label us a scam, as you did in fact complete your 5 day safari and received a majority refund. We have both been victims of an untrustworthy individual and have since taken measures to ensure that this will not happen again with any of our other guests. It is unfortunate that you must spam our reviews with untruths. We are a local company that wants to provide our guests with an enjoyable and authentic Taste of Afrika.

I and My Wife, we have done 5 Days safari with Taste of Afrika everything was well organized and planed.
From the moment our guide picked us up at Kilimanjaro international airport, to the moment he brought us back, We was provided with the best service possible.Our custom 5 days private safari was absolutely incredible. We was introduced to the 4 local main areas for watching the many animals who call the area home. Great day-trip to Ngorongoro Crater
We had a GREAT DAY-TRIP to Ngorongoro Crater, our Guide Francis were Friendly, informative and professional about wilds. We saw the Black-Rhinos and the swimming pool for Hippos.
As some of our friends were vegetarian’s Francis did his best to make sure they had nice Vegetarian meals.

Incredible Experience with Taste of Afrika Safaris
I book with Taste of Afrika because Seka who organised our holiday is incredible. This is the third holiday I have booked with this company. Each time Seka has surpassed all expectations. The safari at Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. This was a bucket list for me and I can't say more and believe what a wonderful time we had. Charles and Ben were wonderful, kind, helpful during the whole of our trip. We saw the great migration in Serengeti which made our trip more to be incredible experiences. After our safari we went to Zanzibar again it was well prepared and arranged I can't thank them enough but It was like a paradise, swimming with whale sharks speechless at Mnemba.

Organizer open to customization and cost optimization. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. Lodges chosen (Farm of Dreams, Ngorongoro Widelife and Tanzana Bush Caps) were particularly spectacular and in best locations.
