Combined one-day tour in Nairobi and surroundings
Hello,
I made a trip with Kenya Bush Expeditions.
It was combined one-day trip that consisted of:
- Nairobi city
- Hell's Gate NP visit
- Lake Naivasha visit and
- Carnivore dinner
The communication from service provider was excellent.
We went through the city and saw parliament, university, After city tour we drove to Hell's Gate NP where I could take the tour (walk) to waterfall. Next part of my itinerary was Lake Naivasha visit. I could accomplish my boat trip around the Naivasha and see birds and hippos (plus people) which are on the lake. Last stop was at Carnivore restaurant where I finished my perfect day-trip.
The guide provided all information about visited places and any additional information that I asked (differences in national parks in Kenya etc). His helpfulness was excellent.
I would like to really thank Kenya Bush Expeditions that they enabled me to visit so many places in one day at favourable price.
Thank you very much

Amazing Trip!!!
Our online search led us to Kenya bush expeditions. We inquired about 5 days safari and the response was prompt. We were in a group of workmates and wanted at least to experience safari. The hotels selected had an amazing staffs, ready to assist on any inquiry. Our guide was knowledgeable and equally helpful. To be on safari is amazing and being close and near the wildlife. I recommend this company highly.

It Was Great Tour Worthy It!!
We were students from Germany on a month long program. In between we decided to go for a short trip 3 days to maasai mara. The budget tour was awesome. We were able to see many animals including the Big five. The camp provided was okay and self contained. Thank you and we shall definitely recommend.

Lying Cowboys
Kenya bush expeditions lied to me and my local guide about available tickets for the Sheldrick Trust tour for the 20th of December.
On enquiry they said they had 7 tickets available and we only needed 4. They asked for an email to send the payment link and we were slightly skeptical so we offered cash on the day which they agreed.
They charge $50pp US for the tour and the price is actually $15pp from Sheldrick. All they offer extra is pick up and drop off.
On arrival to the Trust, we pulled over and the driver said we had to wait. After questioning he said that we didn’t have tickets and we are waiting to see if there are any no shows. There were 6 other operators engaging in the same activity. Imagine if we had paid online prior!
Absolute cowboys! Sheldrick trust informed us that they are fully booked until the 6th of January and all bookings should be done through them. This company still offers available tickets every single day for the tour, complete liars.

Didn't plan to go on a safari--am very glad I changed my mind.
We weren't sure what to expect on a safari--three days in the middle of an African plain? It turned out great. The accommodation was good, food okay, but the guide was what made the trip so great. Lots and lots of animals, of course. Something to remember forever.

Half day game drive, Nairobi National Park
We decided at the last minute to boo6a tour in Nairobi National Park for the following morning. The guide Jeffrey, picked us up promptly at 6:30am at the house in Karen where we were staying. We drove in and immediately he was pointing out giraffe, hippo, crocodiles. He was so sweet and knowledgeable about the animals, birds and plants. I asked about lions, he said they are hard to spot because they are lazy and the grass is so tall from recent rain. A short time later he found us a pride of 5 lions and we were able to watch them for 30 minutes before they wandered out of sight. It was thrilling. Loved Jeffrey and our day!
