A small tour company that provides great memories!
What an amazing safari we had! Paul was great at organising everything we needed, from being picked up at our Hotel in Zanzibar to the flights, safari options and dietary requirements I had requested.
Our safari guide Gadiel was simply amazing! Such a friendly guy who made us feel very welcome and had lots of knowledge of the animals and nature. He had a lot of knowledge of the Birdlife we saw which was really interesting! We had an amazing close up encounter with a lioness who walked around our jeep and then 3 elephants who were play fighting right by us but Gadiel knew what signs to look out for if he needed to move the jeep away which made us feel very safe!
The accommodation at Octagon lodge was charming, the food delicious and the staff there were first class!
Overall, the trip was great value for money! We had the most wonderful safari with memories that will last us a lifetime and we would highly recommend this local company for your safari choice!

Reliable
We had a great experience on safari in Tanzania. Our tour guide James was kind, reliable, and knowledgeable. We got to see so many beautiful landscapes and animals! Amazing experience! We especially loved our stay in the Serengeti at one of the mobile camps. My regret was that we should have stayed for at least 1 or 2 more night since the treck out there is quite bumpy and dusty.

The Best trip in my life ever!
This trip will be a forever treasure in our memory! We've seen so many amazing moments... big fives even the black rhino! leopard hunting, lion feeding, river cross, ostrich running in front of our car... the food are great, accommodations are tailored to our tastes and budget and our guide Walter is the best! He is very knowledgable about this land, very professional and experienced and most importantly, he loves there and what he's doing. It's kind of like an adventure with a friend. Also the whole team operates in good shape, from landing to taking off, everything went smoothly. Paul is very responsible and always replies quickly. We rarely leave comments, but highly recommend this team!

Dream-Trip with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions
We had a wonderful trip to Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Paul is a very competent organizer and always responded promptly during the planning phase and when we had questions. The joy of meeting each other was great when we were picked up at the airport. Justine, our safari guide, my husband, and I got along very well. Justine was very attentive and enthusiastic, ensuring that we had a great time and could see the Big Five. The mid-range lodges chosen by Paul were perfect for us. We thank you very much and can wholeheartedly recommend Tanzania Roadside Expedition.

A safari beyond dreams! Perfectly organized, best safari guides you can imagine, very fair price
Our safari experience with Tanzania Roadside Expedition was an absolute dream come true. From the very start, their meticulous organization of transport and hotels ensured a hassle-free adventure. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, offering exceptional value for such a comprehensive experience.
The brilliance of the tour guides was a highlight of our journey. Their extensive knowledge and passion for the wildlife and the regions we explored were evident. They didn't just guide us; they educated us about the countries, the people, and their cultures, adding depth to our adventure. Their instinct for spotting wildlife was uncanny, leading us to breathtaking encounters with the 'Big Five' and much more.
The range of accommodations was another aspect that made our safari unique. Each lodge and camp had its distinct charm, ensuring that every stay was a memorable part of our journey. From the luxurious comforts to the rustic elegance, each place added a special flavor to our experience.
The wildlife encounters throughout our safari were nothing short of spectacular. The balloon safari over the Serengeti was a standout experience, offering us a bird's-eye view of the vast, sprawling savanna. It was a moment of pure magic that we'll never forget.
We were also impressed with the level of service provided by the tour operator. Even before booking, they were incredibly supportive, accommodating our wishes and needs with kindness and professionalism. This level of attention continued throughout our safari.
The itinerary was perfectly tailored to our interests. Starting in Nairobi and the Masai Mara, we were thrilled by the great wildebeest migration. Moving to the northern Serengeti, we witnessed the dramatic river crossings. In the central Serengeti, the abundance of wildlife, especially the big cats, was a sight to behold. Our journey through the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park, before concluding in Arusha, was filled with awe-inspiring landscapes and wildlife encounters.
In summary, this safari with Tanzania Roadside Expedition was more than just a trip; it was the best experience of our lifetime. The combination of exceptional guides, diverse accommodations, spectacular wildlife, and outstanding service made this a journey we will always cherish. We wholeheartedly recommend Tanzania Roadside Expedition to anyone seeking an unforgettable African adventure.

An amazing and unforgettable experience with the best guide ever
I had received Paul's contact through an acquaintance and I sent Paul a message via whatsapp. He responded very promptly. We wanted to do a 3 day safari and Paul came up with a fantastic proposal within 2h. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the airport. After a short flight, our guide Ezekiel and Paul were waiting for us with the safari truck. We were able to board right away and Ezekiel explained how the days would proceed. Ezekiel was really the best guide ever with a lot of knowledge of the area. He drove very safely and managed to take us to the most beautiful places with lots of wildlife. The mornings he was waiting for us punctually to take us to beautiful places again. We learned a lot from Ezekiel about nature and Tanzanian culture, but we also laughed hard and had special conversations with him. Thanks for all the wise lessons Ezekiel!!! All the best to you and your family and hopefully see you soon!

AMAZING AND LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE.
For a long time we were planning to go on a Safari. Especially since our father’s had a great love for animal’s and nature.
It was a dream for us to go on a Safari and since our father’s are no longer alive, we wanted our memory of them to continue while on this Safari.
It was a privilege to book this Safari with TANZANIA ROADSIDE EXPEDITIONS.
The owner Paul Justine was committed to us from the very beginning to the very end of the Safari.
He was always available to us when we needed questions to be answered even before the Safari started.
That is simply just dedication on his part to his clients.
The hotel’s that he booked for us during our Safari each day were amazing and it included all our meals and refreshments when we were on the road.
We were picked up at the airport and were taken for our first night at the Gran Melia Arusha. After Paul helped to check us in, we had a meeting on the details of our Safari for the next 4 days.
The next morning we got to meet our tour guide Ezekiel Elias.
First impression of Ezekiel is that he was on time and very enthusiastic. You could tell he was excited about his job and sharing his knowledge with people.
Our first destination was to the Tarangire National Park which is almost 3000 sq km in size and is probably best known for its huge numbers of elephants and baobab trees. The name of the park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses through the park. The park is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species.
We spent our second night at the Escarpment Luxury Lodge where Ezekiel assisted us to check-in.
On our third day we headed to the
Serengeti National Park. We understand that this Park is the world’s last largest great wildlife refuge as it contains an estimated three million large animals. Furthermore, the area covers 14,763 square feet and the name Serengeti comes from the Maasai 'Siringet', meaning endless plains. Amazing!!
We had an opportunity to meet one of the tribes called the Masai Tribe. They were very welcoming and explained to us about their daily lives.
After Ezekiel checked us in at the Serengeti Melia Lodge for our third night.
We spent half a day in Serengeti and later the next morning we went to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.
This crater is called the eighth natural wonder of the world and is the largest intact crater in the world. For our last night Ezekiel drove us to the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge to check-in.
The next day we descend into the crater for a tour. Before heading to the Kilimanjaro International airport for our flight to Dar-es-Salaam.
Ezekiel took the initiative and stopped off and took a small video of Mount Kilimanjaro since my husband climbed up 18,000 feet when he was in the Boy Scouts. Ezekiel knew how much this meant. We were shortly now going to say bye to a close friend who we came to know over the past few days from the Safari.
The Safari that was booked for us was an amazing experience and completed with great detail.
The memories we experienced will always be cherished for the rest of our lives.
We highly recommend booking your Safari with TANZANIA ROADSIDE EXPEDITIONS. Furthermore, it was Paul Justine and Ezekiel Elias that made one of our dreams come true.
We thank you Paul and Ezekiel.
