Promising young operator with good potential and alot to learn about international tourism
To speak the language of $ easy but to prepare expected results for tourists is harder than last years: draught turned vegetation in black, killed and dispersed wild animals in Tsavo, petrol cost high as in Europe, $54 entry visa + $62 park fee per day = less tourists and more pressure on safari tour operators. After 4 days in Tsavo West -Amboseli-Tsavo East with 2 hours game drive in the morning + 2 in the evening, I wished I had a better customized tour/tourism info and spent 2 days in Amboseli instead of Tsavo East. The bad trick allowed on safaribookings with safari vehicle I paid for JEEP but got a Van - so disapointed. Learning the language of results is the key to steady long-term tourism. I could see now why Tanzania is on top.

Excellent in Every Way
First and foremost, let it be known that I worked with two other safari companies while visiting Kenya, and I found them overcrowded or uncoordinated, or both. One company completely forgot that I even had a safari booked at all and was scrambling to find a driver the morning of the safari at 6am. It was bad.
Enter African Mosaic: a breath of fresh air. Max coordinated the safaris perfectly and was very communicative and transparent about costs, stays…everything. The lodging itself was gorgeous and comfortable. My driver and guide, Mr. Omar, was fantastic—kind, knowledgeable about the animals, punctual to the MINUTE, and he will even teach you Swahili phrases if you’re interested! The level of professionalism from African Mosaic is important in any international trip, but especially as a solo female traveler. For that reason, I cannot thank African Mosaic enough for concluding my Kenyan adventure in a wonderful way.

Nice experience in Tsavo park
I totally recommend the experience. From the first moment they gave us a lot of real information about the safari we were going to do. They came to pick us up where we were staying and they were very punctual. The driver took us through the best areas so that we could see many animals, we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, among others. On the way back they left us at the accommodation.

From Nairobi to Mombasa!
I totally recommend the experience.
Max helped us to arrange a great Safari. Ken was an excellent guide, he picked us up where we were staying and was always very friendly and teached us about the country and a little bit of swahili. He tooks us through the best areas of every park, and we were able to see the big 5 and many other animals.

#1 Safari Tour Company
Best safari experience of my life. Booking communication smooth and transparent. Great value for cost. Trip was customized to our needs. Camp site is "glamping" with en-tent bathroom and hot shower. Monkeys everywhere. Food was no frills but good.
Take a private jeep instead of the tour van. It's significantly more comfortable and gives you access to areas of the park where you cannot go unless you have a 4x4 (aka where the big cats live).
A "Maasi cultural visit" is a unique experience to see how the tribe that owns the land lives, but be aware that a sizable donation ($100 per visitor) is expected.
The safari itself was EPIC! Our guide TEDDY was determined that we see all the animals. He was on the radio all day coordinating with the other guides. We saw ALL BIG 5 including the illusive black rhino, and I have insane videos of cheetahs at play. Teddy is a 22-year veteran and proved it as he was able to spot leopards and lions hiding in the grasses while simultaneously navigating very rough terrain and talking to the other jeeps. Compared to the other guides, Teddy was definitely the best at navigating us to the ideal spots for photos. He has a great eye and helped position me for amazing shots.
I will 100% book with African Mosaic Safaris again when I return to Kenya in 2023.

5 DAYS OF SAFARI FROM NAIROBI TO MASAI MARA/LAKE NAKURU/AMBOSELI AND BACK TO NAIROBI
We really had a great time during this 5 days of Safari. I’ve chosen African Mosaic on the internet, I’ve talked directly to Max. He was so helpful and friendly, He helped us get our visas in no time and planned our safari above our expectations!! His professionalism won us over. We were less concerned about the organization of the safari because it planned everything from A to Z. Payment was made online via a secure site. Our guide named JOSHUA was wonderful, helpful and kind, he knows absolutely everything. From our arrival in Nairobi till the end of our trip, je was a perfect guide and was very patient with us. We felt safe with him and in less than three days we had the chance to see the big five. I highly recommend African Safari Tour they are one of the best in Kenya and you won’t regret it. Joshua
Thanks again to Max and Joshua to made this trip unforgettable, we will keep in our memories.
Xoxo

I can't say enough good things about this tour company and our driver and spotter, Omari.
I recently had the pleasure of going on a safari with African Mosaic Tours in Tsavo West, Tsavo East, Shimba Hills, and Amboseli. I can't say enough good things about this tour company and our driver and spotter, Omari.
From the moment I arrived in Kenya, Omari made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was an expert driver and spotter, and knew exactly where to go to see the best wildlife. I was able to see incredible variety of animals, like, green mamba, elephants, cheetah, lions, shimba antilopes, and so much more. Omari was also very knowledgeable about the animals and the local culture, and he was always willing to answer my questions.
The accommodations on the safari were top-notch. I stayed in beautiful lodges and tents, with all of the amenities I needed. The food was also fantastic, and the staff at each location were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better safari experience. African Mosaic Tours and Omari exceeded all of my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible safari in Kenya. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Loved this safari!
I booked a one day safari in tsavo east with 5 other friends. They picked us up on time and drove us to the park. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to others! If you want to see the big five, I do recommend going multiple days! But we saw a lot of animals and had a good time.

Delivered what was promised and more! Excellent
We took the tour to stave east (voice safari) and Salt Lick Lodge. Both of these places were excellent. In terms of game drives, we found the stave east to be very very good indeed. Salt Lick lodge in itself was exceptional. Both Max and our guide Julius gave us very good suggestions. They catered to a vegetarian diet and we got to eat delicious food all three days. I would highly recommend African Mosaic tours.
