Great
It was an incredible experience! We could see lots of animals and the guide was very helpful and tried to explain everything in detail. Everything about the tour was very organized and the accommodations were great too. We definitely recommend Kenya Safari Arcade.

Excellent service from Edith at Kenya Safari Arcade.
Edith was brilliant, having been to Kenya many times before I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Edith was great at offering advice and alternatives if she thought my itinerary could be improved. Value for money was important and I really think you would be hard pressed to find better. We had a wonderful holiday in the Mara although June is probably not the best time to go as the grass is so long and the animals have plenty of cover to hide in. I would recommend Keekorok Lodge for accommodation and will definitely use Kenya Safari Arcade for our next holiday.

Excellent, prompt, and affordable service.
I had a great experience with Kenya Safari Arcade. I am a lone female traveler and was nervous to go on a safari alone, but the flight safari package helped me feel safe and Ruphina was very communicative and checked in with me several times to ensure things went according to plan. Prices were reasonable and accommodation was nice. Best part was the safari guide. Highly recommend.
Friendly and respectful to the animals and park
I went to samburu and had an amazing time. Daniel was extremely respectful towards the animals so there was no chasing after any (which I hate) or making animals distressed. We saw a lot and had a great laugh doing it. Edith had made booking very effortless and was a great source to answer questions before I went. Thank you!

The whole experience was an absolute dream!
Kenya Safari Arcade went above and beyond our expectations. Coming from Canada and not being familiar with the process and how to navigate the various offerings, Kenya Safari Arcade walked us through every step of the way. Communications were clear and concise with plenty of options made available to us within our budget. We decided to go with Lerai Safari Camp and it did not disappoint. The staff were amazing (Mandela, Daniel, Jamblick) made it seem like the entire camp was reserved for just the two of us. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in experiencing a safari in Masai Mara.

The best tour and safari guide you can get!
We went on an 8 day safari through Samburu, Sweetwaters, Aberdares, Lake Elementaita and Masai Mara. The company was extremely helpful and patient in tailoring the safari to our wishes, and also provided really helpful advice which made the travel times between places shorter and we got to spend more time at the different locations. We had the most wonderful driver; David; who managed to find every animal you could wish to see in the parks. It was evident that he was very experienced and knowledgeable, we learnt so much from him and he was such a pleasant person to be around. Also, from getting to know which animals we liked the most, he actually even took a detour to another lake to ensure we saw large groups of hippos. We saw everything from lions, leopards, chitas, elephants, black rhinos, white rhinos, hippos, zebras, buffalos, hyenas (even bathing ones!), warthog, an abundance of all kinds of antilopes and birds. We also stayed some very nice tented camps and hotels, all catered to our budget.
I cannot recommend this company enough! If we ever get the chance to go to Kenya again, I will be going with them. The value for money is increadibly good, but what's even more worthful is being with a company and guide that you can fully trust, learn from and become friends with.

Excellent safari and beach holiday
We are a family of 4 from the UK and recently stayed in the Masai Mara doing a 4 day 3 night trip followed by a stay at Diani Beach organised with Edith of Kenya Safari Arcade. The communications were excellent, she delivered as promised and accommodated changes to the booking in the build up to the holiday (we changed from a land transfer from Nairobi to air transfers). The staff on safari and the beach hotel (Basecamp Explorer & Kole Kole Baobob) where exceptional, in fact all Kenyans could not do enough for us.
We saw 4 of the big 5 (no Rhino) and masses of animals on safari and even when we got caught in the mother of all thunderstorms, our guides got us back skilfully adding to the drama of safari.
I was nervous using a tour operator I had never met but, based on a referral, we went ahead and Edith delivered fully even meeting us for a meal on our trip back through Nairobi on the way home. We could not recommend her enough.
We felt the safari first was the right option, fly to the camps if you can, do the village visit in Masai Mara and, unless you are a diving expert, you will find the snorkelling in Diana worthwhile although felt the locals do need to respect the coral better.
Overall fabulous.

Beyond excellent!
We arranged our 6 days Kenya tour via correspondence with Edith. She was very helpful and responded to our inquiry very promptly.
The 6 day tour was awesome, we had an amazing driver Sammi who got us up close to the action of the lion and cheetahs eating their kill. We had herds of elephants just casually crossing past our vehicle which was a breathtaking experience to see. Because of Sammi, we got the opportunity to take soo many beautiful photos.
We highly recommend safari arcade.

Amazing very well organized 6 days safari in Kenya
I opted for the budget option for 680 USD, which is an avarage price in Nairobi and most of the travel agencies will group people together for a tour. We were 7 people in a mini van for a 6 days safari in Kenya. The driver and guide was excellent, he really knew a lot about animals and made an unforgettable trip for us. We visited 3 national parks in 6 days , but also spent a lot of time on the road travelling from one national park to the other. The accomodation is basic, if you have the budget go for higher quality accomodations because the lodges in Kenya are amazing. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody, it was well organized and you can see lot of animals like in the Lion King movie (we saw so many elephants, zebras, cheetas, baby lions, wildbeasts, buffalos, ect.) in beautiful Kenya
