Skilled safari company and guides
Ruphina did an excellent job coordinating both of our Safari trips, and the guides we had were very knowledgeable about where to go and how to see the animals. Much appreciated! Recommend to confirm with Ruphina the exact itinerary after selecting lodge options as that may change other parts of the itinerary as well.

Can't be anything better around
KSA must be amongst the best customer experiences ever. From start to finish they have been superb, fast and full of helpful advice. The custom itenerary was a perfect fit both in duration as well as the accommodations chosen. I couldn't speak any more highly of Ruphina and her team. Would choose them again anytime and recommend them to my family and friends.

I had an excellent experience with Kenya Tulia Safari Holiday Arcade. Ruphina was my point of contact and was always prompt and thorough in communication. This was my first safari experience, and Ruphina made it easy to work through all of my questions. Additionally, I had some last minute changes and requests that were all managed with kind flexibility. Overall, I found Kenya Tulia Safari Arcade to be an excellent choice that provided great value for the cost and was thorough in communication to ensure the safari went smoothly.

Reliable, responsive, overall superb tour operator
Ruphina (planner/organiser)'s response to our questions were timely. She had a very good grasp of our concern and problem and arranged the trip accordingly. When there was change, she informed us well ahead. The accommodations were nice as well. (I would suggest to add some description on the rating of luxury for those not familiar with the Nairobi hotel system).
Peter, our driver/guide, arrived on time everyday and accommodated our requests on animal viewing and time schedule. He is also very knowledgeable on the animals and well connected with the local communities to find the animals.
Overall it was an excellent experience. I recommend Kenya Tulia Safari Holiday Arcade to my friends. One suggestion, I would offer alternative flights to substitute for the long drive between Nakuru to Amboseli to Nairobi.

they provide good driver guide, equipment and service
i think the best thing in this travel is the experience of driver guide John. it is so valuable. he could go to the lion place, leopard place accurate and quickly. so we have more time to see the most important view the crossing in masai mara. and he know when and where and how the crossing would happen. we take a long time to wait in the place he suggest. and we saw the crossing finally. we are so lucky. and lucky to have a good driver.

an amazing safari trip with reliable tour operator
We had a fantastic 4-day safari, filled with memorable wildlife sightings and stunning scenery. We booked a tour with Ruphina. She was very helpful and reliable.
The open air vehicle, wildlife sighting, and hot air balloon ride, with perfect weather and breakfast views, were highlights. We managed to spot all big5 and other animals.
There was a minor scheduling issue, but it was resolved swiftly. We suggest providing updated itineraries to avoid such issues in the future. Our drivers, Peter, was professional and punctual, while Duncan's wildlife knowledge and his enthusiasm stood out. Overall, we greatly appreciated the Safari Arcade team's efforts and had a wonderful vacation.
