Bubble Agency
Never work this company and owner JOSHUA K KASAU . We agreed with 3 land cruiser but he brought us 3 old minivans. Minivans broke down on the way. Paid him thousand dollars via bank but he did not pay our hotels and also Masai Mara entrance fee.
Don’t trust him!!!!
We couldn’t get the money back. Kenya has a many professional tour agency. You can work any agency except Polmans Holiday and Travel

Posted on Mar 17, 2019Thank you for choosing polmans as you travel partner across Africa, First we are a registered and licensed company that's why you were able to contact us and book you trip. All your hotel were fully paid as agreed on your confirmed travel program and that's why you had accommodation and meals available the entire trip. Jeeps weren't available due to unavoidable reasons which where clearly explained to you. Based an our booking term we agreed you clear the balance you owed for the group of which was never paid, On confirming you package for the group you agreed your group were to use triple rooms at sweet lake lodge and Enkorok lodge respectively as booked, your tour leader refused to check in your group in triple room and demanded an amendment of which as professional tour operator, amendment were made immediately paying the hotel extra cost without asking you for a single coin. You had used safari van for you safari i agreed we do a calculation difference and get a refund instead your tour leader went ahead to try find land cruiser and demanding them to be paid by the company which wasn't possible. With what you paid to us wasn't able to facilitate 6 vehicles that's 3 vans and 3 land cruisers which were used. Having paid your deposit of 25% of the total amount you owed 75% to the company which was never paid, not at any given point did your money get stolen you owed the company more and wasn't paid.

Fake Company
Tour Agency is not a real company. Owner Joshua stole our money. We traveled with 20 pax and paid our accommodations, transportations (land cruiser) and entrance fee twice. Cause he had pocked our money.
Don’t work with Joshua and Polmans Holiday and Travel Agency!

Don't Prefer
Don't prefer this unproffesional company. Owner is too young and he doesn't know how to organise a group tour. He just take money and doesn't give any service.

Pure lies from this company.
We had contacted a friend of us who is also a tour operator and recommend this company from their mutual friendship to hire a vehicle from them only to be offered with an old car with no spare wheel (red flag). We paid in cash all the payment and promised we shall receive the spare wheel the next day, which never happened. on the fourth day, we had breakdown inside Masai mara and that can happen to any car which to us was something normal but not getting the customer help as we are total green in a new country to us. At this point we started having issues and even requested they either bring another car or refund us our money, but nothing could shake them. to cut the story short after returning to Nairobi I reported the matter to tourism department and we came to agreement to refund the money, but he never honored his promise up to today. I have tried to avoid tarnishing his name but his to unprofessional and unlicensed too according to Tourism Regulatory Authority and if he has one, I will be happy to see. after failing to honor his promise I have return the matter to TRA and they will be taking this company to court for operating tour company without license as required by TRA, obtaining money by false pretense. since you're not responding to chat its good you contact me urgently.

Posted on Apr 27, 2024Dear PV
In response to your remarks we Acknowledg being an intermediary between your Kenya friend and the Vehicle owner. This Is well captured on your contract.
Note: The vehicle hired wasn't owned by us and our tasks was only to deliver the vehicle and received payment on behalf thus only getting a delivery service Charge.
We are a credited safari company thus able to offer our clients Lifetime memorable African Safari's.
1: On receiving the vehicle you acknowledged the condition of the vehicle and all safety standards to your 100% satisfaction and approved by you signing the hire contract issued.
2: The spare typre as communicated on delivery and agreement by both parties agreed, the tyre was to be delivered you at your safari camp as you advised only to reach at the accommodation to find you had shifted to another safari camp. Swift Arrangements again where expedited and the tyre taken to the camp and you received.
3: The vehicle hired is a machine and is prone to unforeseen mechanical failure beyond one's control. On breakdown which was a minor issue you went ahead to a local mechanic without prior communication which shouldn't be the case on a hired vehicle, being a tourist you are prone to con mechanic and inflated bills which happened in your case. Having not paid the inflated mechanic bill was the best option for you and on recovery of the vehicle cash amounting to 25% of the prior charge was paid thus saving you the money.
4: The vehicle having broken down, you taking in to the mechanic and fully repaired. A REQUEST was made to replace the vehicle which couldn't be facilitated as the vehicle owner had no extra unit to replace the vehicle thus opting on a REFUND.
Having hired the vehicle for 8 days At $65 per day on self drive, being on the 4th day. As per hire vehicle policies the Amount refundable was for the 5 Days the vehicle wasn't used BUT YOU Declined and requested for 100% Refund which was not possible as explained.
5: Us Being an intermediary and after all length phone calls and messages.
We settled on an Agreement for 100% REFUND for service recovery and future business endeavors. 50% refund was accredited to your nominated person and a balance of 50% remained.
The review comes prior to laps of our agreement.
We Fully understand frustration that comes with service breakdown and we sincerely apologize for that experience. As a company we will offer a 3 Days fully paid Maasai Mara Safari that can be redeem at your convenience for your Family.
As a company we have put measures in place to avoid reoccurrence of such service break down, thus guarantee our clients services quality on all African Safari's and pre-booked transport package. Looking forward to having you back in Kenya and Travel with our able Safari Team.
