Explore the best of Mara with Axis Africa
We had one of the best experiences of our lives. Axis Africa Safari organized our whole trip very well with the best in class accommodations and comfortable game drives considering we had 2 kids of 3 year old. Jack had been a fantastic captain giving us the view of the best wildlife at Masai Mara in the closet of proximities. This shows his commitment expertise in helping us with the best spotting of wildlife. Highly recommend Jack to be chosen for the game drives. Winnie was fantastic with hosting us and giving us the best inputs and making sure we were very comfortable. Kudos guys- Team Axis Africa!!

Axis Safari & Joseph provided us an incredible experience!
This was our first time in Africa for a safari trip and certainly not the last one. Our guide Joseph accommodated us in both languages French and English. The value for money at Axis Safari was the best I've found online prior to booking yet the quality of everything remained 5 stars. We were lucky and saw all the big 5. Food was good and hotels were comfortable. We did not regret picking the midrange option.

INCREDIBLE
Incredible 5 days safari! (Masai Mara, Amboselli, Nakuru and Lake Navaisha) With all the effort of our wonderful guide Rodger we were lucky enough to spot the Big5. Because of him we've learned a lot about the wildlife and many other subject, he has a great knowledge.
Keep in mind there is long distance between parks, but you can nap and rest during transportation. Communication with agency and tour guide was very responsive. We chose mid-range accomodation and honestly it was great, above our expectation!
Thank you Rodger for making this trip memorable, we really enjoyed it!

Jack was really an awesome guide
Safari was very well organized. The Jeep ride was very comfortable especially with the kids. We had an amazing safari experience. Our tour guide Jack was exceptional and made sure we had very good sightings of animals. Highly recommend them for ur Masai mara safari trip.

Fantastic safari experience
Bucket list item checked and huge thanks to Axis Africa for a truly wonderful experience!
Lennox and Cynthia were prompt and clear with their responses to my questions months before the trip. Communication was great both on emails and WhatsApp. 6am Airport pickup was on time, had a nice breakfast before meeting the rest of the group and before the longggggg drive.
We saw the Big 5 and more at Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Nakuru and Naivasha. Big shout out to our driver/guide Johnny Jac who was terrific: he made sure to give us the perfect photo angles, bathroom breaks and made us feel safe the entire time on safari. He’s a great animal spotter and seemed well-liked by other drivers and park rangers.
Some tips I want to share:
Make sure you book a Land Cruiser instead of Van. Our Land Cruiser had WiFi and charging ports. We moved a lot faster than those in a van. There’s HOURS of rough roads to see these wild animals and Land Cruiser is the way to go (or fly to Masai Mara).
Bring wipes, slippers, protein bars, snacks, sunblock, hat and mosquito repellant. Our doctor prescribed malaria pills. Axis provided bottled waters, box lunches and meals in the camp and hotel.
Bring small bills/cash to TIP the driver, park guides & hotel staff, and to buy souvenirs. There’s no ATM or Venmo in the wild and at Masai Village.
Again: Asante Sana (thank you) Johnny! We had a fantastic 1st safari experience with you and recommend you highly!
I’m on IG @i_therefore_conclude for vids, pics & if you have questions.

Amazing Masai Mara Safari
The trip was amazing. Axis Africa and our driver Jack were super friendly, flexible and accommodating.
The tour itself was truly an amazing experience. We got to see all different kinds of animals, including lions, cheetahs, hippos, elephants , zebras and many more.
Jack was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure that we had the best trip possible.
The optional Masai Village was also a wonderful experience and a real privilege.
I would definitely recommend.

Very professional and organized
We did the 3 day 2 night budget option and it was well worth it. We saw most animals we wanted to see, and the camp staff was accommodating. The food served was good too, and our guide Jack was very good.

Wonderful experience with Axis Safari
Very reliable. Monica was in constant touch to answer all queries. Moses was our guide for 2days and he is a rockstar. We could see the big 4s because of him.
Overall amazing experience.
Only recommendation the Land Cruiser condition internally could have been a little better.
