Good safari company
Our 3 day tour was extremely well organised , and our Driver & Guide Roy was exceptional. Starting from a private pick up from our hotel to transfer to a well designed safari car was seamless and Roy planned everything on the safari meticulously. He was generous with providing ample break and then on Day 1 our evening safari was something to dream of. The next day was a full day safari where we saw 3 different lion families , 2 families of cheetahs , numerous Elephants, Giraffes & Zebras along with other animals & birds. The safari was capped after a tour of the river Mara where Hippos and Crocodiles co-exist.
The stay was planned in a lodge and it was an experience of its own kind , though many of our fellow travellers preferred other lodges depending on their level of comfort . I must also call out that it was Roy , who went above and beyond ( to get us to view the animals ) compared to all other drivers / guides on tour & we were lucky, we had Roy as our tour guide in the Mars.

Perfect Journey of Masai Mara National Reserve
Honestly, it’s worth choosing axis safari. It was the first time to join in a safari game tho, the guide gave us the proper explanation of each animal, places etc.
Finally we could have completed Masai Mara National Reserve perfectly. Must choose.

Great experience
We had a great time with Axis Safari. They organized everything perfectly and the accommodations were very good as well as the food.
The game drives were amazing. Our guide Kelvin was super kind and made sure we were safe and could see all the animals with the best view. We can highly recommend booking this tour with Axis and our guide.

We loved Dickson! Lovely experience guide, lots of fun
We went with our family. Including our 12 year old daughter. Dickson was a very experienced guide over 18 years driving. We felt safe and he navigated difficult roads very well. Don't cut costs and go in a cheaper vehicle! The conditions need a skilled driver and quality land cruiser to navigate the terrain. He is a popular man. He knows everybody. He also took us to see all the incredible sights and animals..cheetahs, crocodiles, hippos, leopards, lions, elephants, giraffes, wilder beast, buffalo, ostriches, zebras, baboons and much more!!!

Fantastic Mt Kenya trekking experience
Axis Africa provided a seamless, top-notch process from booking right through to the days of the hike itself. Our guide Jimmy was fantastic - super knowledgeable, super helpful and prepared for all different circumstances (helping make sure we had all the gear needed before going up, and ensuring we had a smooth, safe and enjoyable hike). Would absolutely recommend to friends, family and anyone, for an unforgettable, spectacular Mt Kenya experience!

great driver who told us everything we wanted to know and let us see all the animals that we wanted.
This experience was truly amazing and super memorable , we saw animals such as , leopards , lions , zebrahs , cheetahs , elephants , water buffalos , warthogs , ostriges and more! Our driver Dickson was just incredible , i couldnt have felt more safe he had 18 years of driving and knew a lot about all the animals!

Dickson is amazing! Great guide
We travelled with our 12 year old as a family of 3. Dickson has been driving 18 years and knew everybody and all the locals. Gave lots of good travel advice. A kind and funny man. I recommend this company because the car was only 3 months old. The terrain is unforgiving for bad drivers and other tours were getting stuck in poor vehicles- not safe. We felt safe and he was a skilled and entertaining host. We saw all animals

Wonderful experience
We were impressed by everything from the moment we started communicating with Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris, our travel planner Rita was attentive to our likes/wants/needs and made sure our trip came together wonderfully.
We booked a five day four night safari and it was a breath taking experience. Everything was meticulously arranged and it really took the guess work out of figuring out every detail of our trip. Our guide David was very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. We learned so much. The time of year we chose to go was also perfect. What a view!
Special thanks to David (our tour guide). 10/10 recommend and would absolutely do again.

Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli private safari - an amazing, unforgettable family adventure
This safari adventure was an incredible once in a lifetime experience for my family (my wife, daughters aged 10 and 11, and I).
Our guide Khalifa was exceptional - his knowledge of the animals, the people and the places was outstanding and he made the whole trip informative, relaxing and great fun. Nothing was a problem and he went above and beyond his job to help when we had a few issues with our return flight arrangements which I'd booked independently. I don't believe that anyone could do the job better than he did - it's not possible. My kids were most disappointed that he wasn't joining us on our post-safari trip to Zanzibar!
Our exposure to the wildlife was way better than I'd expected - we saw everything we could have hoped for and more. Masai Mara was the highlight for wildlife viewing, Nakuru was the best hotel and offered a different landscape and variety of wildlife, and a highlight of Amboseli was seeing the wildlife with Mount Kilimajaro as the backdrop. We now have hundreds of amazing photos to sort through to decide which pictures to put up on the walls at home.
We stayed at Sopa Lodges in each location and the accommodation, food and service was of a very high standard throughout. I found the planning through Axis Africa to be very straightforward and reliable due to timely communication from Lucy, and everything on the safari was as planned in the itinerary.
Overall, a fantastic family adventure that we'll never forget - I can highly recommend this company without reservation. A big shout out for our guide Khalifa is necessary - his knowledge, character and kindness added huge positivity and made a massive contribution to making this such a great experience.

Budget Experience that had it all
We had a great experience on our 3 day “budget” trip. I highly recommend booking a 4x4. The vehicle and accommodations exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Roger, was reliable, prompt, and did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed our Game Drive. I was very pleased to have Roger and his expertise. The safari was thrilling! Lucy was professional and responsive throughout the booking process. I highly recommend!
