Everything is well organised and the tour operator isNice, funny and helpful
Nice experience. Saw a lot of animals, way more then I expected. We saw 4 of the big 5 animals and most of them really close view. Everything else was also very nice organized and my special diet wishes (vegan) was no problem to organize.
The tour guy self was friendly and helpful

We had a great overal experience. Our guide was both very flexible and punctual. They were very knowledgeable regarding the parks, wildlife and surrounding areas. The included accommodations, lunches, etc were great value for money.

Great! Went the extra mile for all we needed in the trip, BIG5in1day! Always in a good mood!
The service Axis provided corresponds to the description. They were very responsive the whole time, realiable pick-up in Nairobi, friendly services the whole time. The tour is worth doing to know Masai Mara. The lodge was modest, yet confortable and very clean. Peixes should be negotiated, as there are several companies doing the same packages for lower prices.

They were great, we had an incredible experience
It was an incredible experience and we saw sooooo much! We covered so much ground to see loads of animals which was amazing! My only negative is that we never really knew what was going on and we’re told times that weren’t stuck to, so we were hanging around a lot waiting and unsure when we’d leave or when we’d eat but this got better over the trip. Overall, I would recommend this! We loved our upgraded accommodation and have so many great photos with our memories!

Absolutely Amazing, Exceptionally Facilitating!
Absolutely Amazing and Facilitating!
Where do I begin? Safari with AxisAfrica was so much fun! We stayed at Lenchada Camp, which was so welcoming, and met all of our needs. The food and service was very good. Our Safari guide was John, who was equally brilliant and ensured that we go to see the Big 5, up close and personal!
Now the part that AxisAfrica did the best, was being facilitating and helpful. Unfortunately on the second night of Safari, I fell unwell with a severe migraine. In the morning, we were due to begin the 7 hour journey to Lake Nakuru for day 3 and 4 of the Safari. However, the very second sat in the car, I vomited. I knew I would not be able to make the journey. So I asked our guide John, whether there was any scope for my husband and I to forgo the rest of the Safari, and just stay at Lenchada camp, and then make our own way to the airport the next day. We explained that we would be happy to pay for any extra costs associated with this. AxisAfrica stated that they were happy to arrange for us to continue to stay at Lenchada camp for the night, and that they would arrange our transfer to the airport the next day, at no extra charge! This was super nice of them, considering we changed our plans at the very last second! This meant a lot to me, as I was understandably very upset at being so physically unwell, and the worry of having to do a 7 hour journey scared me. However, AxisAfrica were so facilitating and ensured that I remained comfortable no matter what.
Honestly, do not hesitate to book with AxisAfrica. They are absolutely brilliant! The campsite is amazing, as are the guides, alongside the office staff who are impeccable at quick communication.
