Professional, fast-responding and experienced.
We were considering doing a self-driving safari and experience the parks by our own but we are so glad we got that a tour guide and experienced person with us. This experience will not be the same without our tour guide, especially such a great person like Jimmy. He was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly had hakuna matata attitude. He took the best care of us. Prior to booking I was in contact with Lennox who helped me with every question I had about the safari. The value that we got from the safari was definitely worth the price. The route was carefully selected which shows the years of experience. We saw all the animals and had very close encounters. Jimmy always picked the best spot for us to view. I already recommended the company and our guide to my friends. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended.

Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru adventure
This was an amazing experience. We could not find a better Safari compared to the price. Jimmy was a great guide and was a pleasure to be around. We strongly recommend spending some time at the Masai Village at the Masai Mara as well.
Pros: Good price, on point pickup and drop off, great game drive program.
Cons: Food was of low quality.
We feel we saw everything that you need to see of safaris in Kenya - so dont hesitate to book.

Great safari experience
We did a 5 day safari, visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Hell’s Gate National Park in a budget accomodation. The acommodation and food were better than expected (vegetarian options always available).
The safari was amazing, we saw the big 5 and many more animals. Our driver in Masai Mara was not very talkative, but for the rest of the safari we went with Jack and he was the best. He taught us so many things not only about animals but also about trees and life in Kenya. Always with a smile on his face.
I just wish the order of the parks were inverse, as you start with the best.
My recomendation: choose jeep instead of a van. It is much more comfortable and the windows are bigger. Plus, some roads in Masai Mara were difficult without a 4x4.

Khalifa was an amazing guide, was very knowledgeable about the parks he took us far into the parks!
Amazing price for what was provided. Included food transportation and housing for the 5 days. Khalifa was an amazing guide who shared all of his vast knowledge about the land animals and people with us. We all learned so much much from him and was able to see the big 5 including different prides of lions and multiple leopards. Khalifa was a great driver traversing the land with ease, he was able to bring us to parts of the park that others were now able to get to which allowed for better viewing of the beautiful animals. We set up the safari the day before and they were very helpful and reliable with their services even having transport pick us up from where we were staying to the main meetup point.

Trip of a Lifetime
The safari was an amazing experience. Khalifa was an awesome guide. He’s been doing this for 14 years and it really shows. He had a wealth of knowledge about both the park and the animals. He also used his connections with all of the other tour guides to find out about things happening in the park (jaguar hunting, lions eating, elephants etc.) which was really great. He also knew how to put us in the right spot to get the best photo which I really appreciated. 10/10 experience

He was excellent and gave us freedom to observe
Axis was a great experience they were very communicative in the setup period. As well as providing contact info that they would respond timely with. Our driver picked us up and dropped us off before and after the safari which was really nice. As for the safari itself the driver was really well knowledged in the landscape and worked with other drivers in the park to locate the rarer animals. Overall a great experience!

Promised delivered
We arranged for a 5 days safari with Axis (Naivasha, Nakuru, Masai Mara) to see all the big fives and other beautiful wildlife and sceneries. We saw all, and the guide (Khalifa) was a really good guide and expert driver :-) (despite bumpy roads). It definitely worth the money spend, as in my title,.. all promised delivered :-)

Adventurous
Did a 4-day mount Kenya trek, and it is hands down one of the greatest experiences of my life. Not only is axis an amazing tour operator, but the whole staff is outgoing and friendly. I had the privilege of having Sam as my guide for this trek, and I cannot say enough good about him. From start to finish he showed an exceptional level of knowledge and was more than happy to share mountain wisdom and stories. Sam is truly an inspiring man: he is always laughing, smiling and have a positive attitude towards life. If you ever wish to go for a life defining adventure you have to meet up with Sam. And again, this would not be possible without Axis and the man himself: Lennox. Thank you for an amazing experience - see you again soon!

Great
The safari was absolutely incredible, particularly Francis our tour guide! Francis was so knowledgeable, fun, considerate of the animals and the environment and always went the extra mile. He answered every question we had and showed us every corner of the Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. I highly recommend this safari and if you have the opportunity to choose, choose Francis for the greatest experience.

Fun and experienced with an extensive knowledge of the parks and community.
The experience and Francis were magical, from the beginning to the end. Francis our guide was incredibly special with us, always going the extra mile to try and show us every corner of the Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli... He was kind with both the animals and the environment, with extensive knowledge and never tried to take any shortcuts. He is REALLY RECOMMENDED and made every effort to make sure we saw the big 5 plus loads more. If you have the opportunity to come on safari, choose Axis and Francis you will never regret it.
