Super supportive
It was a great experience of Safari in Kenya.
From right after the price quotation request, Cynthia replied to all my questions kindly in timely manner and it helped to alleviate some of my concerns prior to joining the tour as a solo traveler. I could have her support even for my VISA application.
The tour was very organized and we could see BIG5 during this 4 days tour luckily.
Selected accommodations were also comfortable for me. On top of that, I could meet great friends through this tour thanks to their arrangement.
Tour guide Jimmy also has very nice character and kindly answered to all our questions. We enjoyed the tour all together and it will be an unforgettable memory for me.
Highly experienced and accomidating
Our driver g-man was a expert at navigating the harsh terrain. You could tell he knew the land like the back of his hand. When we saw cool animals like lions he would always try to find a better position to stop so we could watch better

Gerald is an extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable safari guide.
Axis Expedition & Safari, as well as our tour guide, Gerald "G-man" Makucha, were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable thoroughout each step of our safari, from booking with special requests to touring the Masai Mara. From our first afternoon ride, we saw a wide variety of beautiful animals including three of the big five, and many other notable "surprises" such as giraffe, cheetah, and Tsabo cat. Our group not only enjoyed seeing the wide array of wildlife, but also Gerald's community spirit among all the tour guides on the way. I highly recommend Axis & Gerald for safari!

Great Experience
We were in the Masai Mara for two nights. The highlight was Gerald our guide who was extremely pleasant knowledgeable and more than competent. His attention and explanations were appreciated by everyone. Overall a great experience!

King of the Safari for Customer Service
The Guide was informative from the second he welcomed us in Nairobi. But when he drove us in the park, he really shined. How did he find that hidden leopard? And that family of lions? It’s no wonder so many other guides seemed him (Jack) for guidance.
My family (ages 17-60) unanimously state the Masai village tour was the highlight. We are humbled to have entered a home and have an amazing discussion. Thank you, Axis, for including this!
We badgered the customer service agent with an unfair load of questions and special requests. All were answered in the warmest, welcoming manner. Cynthia is the best helper ever!

Wonderful safari trip with an incredible guide!
Booked a 3 day 2 night Masai Mara tour. Tent accommodation was very comfortable. Our tour guide Johnny was amazing! He is very skilled and knowledgeable, and definitely made our safari experience unforgettable.

Much experience in the forest & driving is so well
Driver pick at 5am in the mornig at Nairobi .On the way we fress &take some breakfast. Less price, good camp& food also..hot water in the room. Camp fully cleanlless . good dining hall.tour was so beautiful he taken us very near to all animals.&he aware about guidelines.
