Perfect Safari organizer
We recently traveled to Uganda for our 5 night, 6 day safari. Like most people, we were a bit dubious about booking from the USA before travelling and were a bit anxious wondering if anyone was going to turn up to pick us up but all went totally smoothly. Everything worked perfectly. Our safari guide was a real professional man. He is a true gentleman throughout and has an in-depth knowledge of every area of Uganda and any animal we saw! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing trip and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zozo Safaris. Thanks for making it such a special holiday!

Wow. An amazing trip , tailor made. Every thing we wanted it to be.
We started to make enquiries with a number of tour operators. We choose Zozo for a number of reasons. They were really very responsive to our enquiries, and there were lots of them. Rosette the travel consultant was excellent. All enquiries were fully answered , with the options that would be available to us. They were able to offer a tailor made trip at a competitive price. It was a very good decision of ours To choose them.
Zozo met us at the airport , were really warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable from the moment we landed.
Throughout the two week trip with the Zozo driver ,Salim and guide ,Egide were both very professional, friendly punctual , knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions. They knew the best places to stop for photos and would stop if there were photos we wanted to get. In fact they were really good company too.They ensured that border crossing and checking into hotels all went smoothly and we felt looked after ,and they taught us to play Matatu a very enjoyableRwandan card game.
We had planned to visit Virunga in Congo but through no fault of Zozo’s after a security incident the park was closed two weeks before our trip started . Rosette and Ellie the boss put a lot of effort into rearranging the internary to make it possible for us to gorilla trek in Uganda instead ,which was the the highlight of holiday.
There was nothing about-the planning or delivery of our trip that you could criticise. Zozo provided us with a trip of a lifetime . We received excellent service from start to finish and felt like we were valued customers and all efforts were made to deliver a personalised trip , even the boss Ellie made the time to come and meet us and accompany us on a city tour.
I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

We are really pleased with them
We did a seven day safari with Zozo Safaris in Rwanda in early June. All of my questions were answered quickly via email before the trip, and payment was easy and secure. They booked nice and excellent hotels for us. Our guide was right on time to pick us up from the hotel on the morning the safari began. He did a fantastic job of getting great views of the wildlife. It was an adventurous yet luxurious safari. I am glad we booked it with you and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is interested in a safari. Excellent Experience with Zozo Safari
We had a four day safari trip to Gorillas tracking(Rwanda). We were so excited to travel with them because they were replying to our emails fast. We all think that companies want our money but for them it s the opposite they want to satisfy our needs and wants before anything else. They have an excellent communication skills. Zozo safaris is the best to travel with if you want to have fun and safe trip! Let's meet next time we come back to visit volcanoe Nyiragongo in DRCongo.
