A reliable, responsible operator with an excellent program.
The route was built very competently. Every day complements with new interesting impressions. We already had the experience of independent safaris, so there was something to compare with!
The whole program is very well described on the site. Everything is true! Camping is fairly simple, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to our driver Felix, who did everything so that we could see as many animals as possible! That was great! His recommendations for the route, such as a boat trip or self-guided bike ride, were not part of the main program, but were very helpful and interesting. The car is not new, but comfortable and clean! If you need to buy something, call in, change money - it's easy to decide with the driver! By the way, just such a car is much more convenient for viewing in a group than modern jeeps. More space inside the cabin.
The food along the route is very good.
A little about payment. It is necessary to list the part ahead. It is not a quick process, it takes about two weeks for an international transfer. Don't worry, everything is secure, but consider this when booking. The rest must be paid in cash at the start of the safari.
A very good company. Friendly people. Prompt solution to all problems. We recommend cooperation with her!
Best wishes! Dmitrii, Alena!

Money makers only profit oriented
These guys are just money makers. Did the one night safari trip and it was ridiculous. Arrived way too late at the park so we had only 2h game drive. Slept in a tent which doesn’t even has a light switch. You had to screw the bulb to switch on/off the light. Then morning game drive was also just 2h saying the driver needs to be on the road back to Nairobi by 9am. Maybe for unexperienced Tourists fun but I have lived in EA for more than 4 years and did many safari before. This was mos def the worst of all. They just make a lot of profit saving every shilling they can regarding service. Food was cheap local food (rice, beans, posho, goats meat) and all other services also ridiculous. The game drive was also only very semi professional. Anyway if you want local African experience, go for it but the price is definitely way to high for what you get.

Amazing lifetime experience in the savanna
Everything was very good prepared and organised for us. Kenyan style is “pole pole” however all with the trip was in a very good level - the best safari guide - Mutemi who has more than 16 years of experience in this and can show you everything you want and you have the lick to experience. We were so happy to be with him. The places for sleeping were very good, we were on time and we were pleased to have all this on this price and and we were absolutely happy with the service. I recommend the company and especially Mutemi

Safari, which exceeded our expectations
After a short research and comparison with several agencies, Bienvenido won us with flexible service and great price. We were group of friends and did 3 days safari in Amboseli and Tsavo East national parks with start Nairobi and end Diani beach area. The safari was fantastic, we saw lots of rare animals. The reserved loges were more than amazing. Our driver Mutemi was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient with us. We truly enjoyed our time with him, learning about parks and animals. Thank you for everything, the whole trip was very inspiring.

We've had a perfect safari with Bienvenido Tours. Our guide Daniel showed us all the ins- and outs of Amboselli and Tsavo. We almost saw all the animals that were there to see!

Best driver and best experience!
We loved the safari sooo much since everything worked out so easily! Not only the booking process was easy and the communication with Purity friendly but also the trip could be adapted flexibly as we wanted before!
Our driver Ged was really the BEST! He is the funniest, friendliest and most helpful driver we could have wished for! We had really so much fun with him - please give him a raise! :-)
Thank you Bienvenido!!

Beautiful experience in beautiful Kenya
I came across Bienvenido Tours via a safari comparison website. After a quite comprehensive research, I have decided to go for a 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo East with a drop off in Mombasa/Diani area to maximise on the sightseeing element. Right after meeting our guide Jedeliah at the airport, I knew we are going to enjoy our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and saw as many animals as possible. Jedeliah was very knowledgeable and had such a positive, upbeat energy! I truly enjoyed our time with him, learning about parks, animals, plants and everything in between. The trip itself was well planned in terms of accommodations and I can only sing praises about Purity and her attentiveness whilst being continuously bombarded with questions.
All in all, it was my first safari and I am happy I chose Bienvenido. This trip has definitely inspired me to learn more about beautiful Kenya - asante sana for this breathtaking experience!

Excellent value for money
If you are looking for at budget Safari, and don’t want to compromise the Safari-experience - Bienvendio is what you want.
We did the 6 day Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru - Amboseli tour, and had some awesome game-drives. All our needs were arranged for. The accomodation in Masai Mara and Amboseli was primitive, but good considering the budget. The hotel in Nakuru was nice.
The meals were good as well. Nothing fancy, mainly tourist-friendly lokal dishes.
Our driver Edward was very informative and made sure we saw a lot of animals (luck - which we had a lot of - is probably the main factor here though) and got really close to them.
The staff is really friendly and if you ask, they will help 100 %. An example: our Safari was taking place during UEFA’s Euro 2020, and our country was playing quaterfinals when we were in Amboseli (so no wifi, and we didn’t have lokal sim-cards). Our guide then arranged for the Camp to set up the lokal TV-Channel, so we could watch the game. This was very much appreciated!
Overall we had an awesome 6 days and would reccomend to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a fortune.

Awesome!
I went on the 6 days tour to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. It was budget but so much value for the money. We saw the Big 5 (and lions many times) and cheethas thanks to our friendly, passionate and clever guide. Thank you Edvard (hope it’s spelled correctly). Go with this company, you will not regret it.
Amazing 6-days safari experience
We did 6 days-safari trip and it was so much more than expected. We visited Masaai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Tsavo national parks. We also did a day hike to Mt.Longonot. We were picked up from the airport and dropped-off at Diani beach. It was easy to make a reservation. They adapted the plan to our wishes and answered all our questions. During Covid-19 uncertain times, they were flexible with cancellation and deposit return. Luckily all went smoothly :) This was our 1st safari experience and we could not have imagined a better one. Our driver Mutemi was very friendly and nice and excellent in animal spotting. He really knows the parks well and knows where to drive to have the best experience. We had whole day Massai Mara where concentration of animals is just stunning. Then we continued to Laka Naivasha to have some lake animals experience (birds and hippos). The next day we hiked Mt.Longonot with another great guide Geoffrey. It was a 6h hike and really nice views, we also encountered quite some animals. For those who love hiking, there is s possibility to camp overnight inside the crater. Then we continued to Amboseli where we did evening and morning game ride. It is a park with amazing view of Mt.Kilimanjaro and of course countless elephants. Next day was for Tsavo which we loved as well. It is not so full of animals but the scenery is totally different than in other parks so we recommend it also. We saw all possible animals, you name it. I checked Google before to see which animals to expect and I never expected to see almost all of the animals on the list (except rhino). We saw lions in every park and cheeta and much more... We choose cheaper accomodation options and were surprised at what we actually got. In Massai mara we stayed in a tent (eco camp) close to the entrance of the park. The rest were lodges and a guest house in lake Naivasha with a lake view. Lodge in Amboseli was stunning, with Masai people dancing at the fire in the evening and the pool overlooking Kilimanjaro. Lodge in Tsavo was located right at the park fence so animals would come in front of the lodge (elephants,... even lions occasionally.) Food was the best in Tsavo but we enjoyed the food everywhere. We gained some weight so they did feed us well ;) In camps it's sell service and elsewhere you can choose usually from 2 different options. Roads are quite ok, the ones leading to parks usually not in great condition and truck drivers are quite crazy. So I would not recommend driving alone but having a professional guide. We did this trip alone, so it was us and the driver and it was great, would do it again the same way. Due to Covid there were very few tourists and many times we were the only guests. I totally recommend this agency.
