The two guides, alen and jeff, are very professional guides and took us to see many animals.
5/5

We visited two countries, Tanzania and Kenya, in 13 days. In February, animal migration took place in Tanzania. We saw a very spectacular migration scene and collected the big five.
The scenery of watching elephants and snow-capped mountains in Amboseli, Kenya, is equally unforgettable. The economy here is more developed and the network signal is relatively better.
In addition, if you are going to the same two countries, it is recommended to buy souvenirs in Tanzania. Because the economy is relatively underdeveloped, the items are more handmade, very exquisite, and the prices are more consistent.

Professional, flexible
5/5

Raja tours organised a two day safari for us - with nice surprises as a visit to an authentic Masai community, which was one of the highlights. The different guides were flexible, friendly, most of them spoke English well, especially Ludovic. What is more impressive. They seemed to talk among each other. This not only has made the transitions smooth, but helped us to maximise the use of our limited time. Well done, well managed, thank you!

BEST GUIDE EVER
5/5

Our guide, Nora was amazing! She was attentive to our physical needs, a great wildlife spotter, knowledgeable about Eastern African birds. She was very good at educating is about what we were seeing. She promoted sustainable tourism and respect for the wildlife. She is proud of her country and all it has to offer.
We learned there are only 10 female guides in Tanzania out of over 2000. She and the other female guides are working to empower young women to become professional guides. Nora free lances, so do request her!
Raja Tours was very good in designing the safari we wanted. The were flexible when out health required a hospital visit and adjustments to our itinerary. They let us add a day off to rest.

Perfect trip which offered any of the best attractions of Kenya and Tanzania - best guides for sure!
5/5

We had the pleasure to have a Safari with Raja, starting and ending in Nairobi, following several national parks in Kenya and Tanzania. Both of our guides (Jeff & Alan) were very kind and patient with a lot of specific knowledge and very safe driving skills. All the lodges we visited were on a very high standard and we enjoyed any of the stays. The mixture of lodges and tented camps was perfect any we do not have any complaints about this.
To our Safari-experience, we were extremely lucky to see all the big five within the days in a very rare condition, for example some cubs or hunting lions - just breathtaking! Thanks to the big experience and knowledge of the two guides, we had some very special encounters. Specially to talk about Lake Ndutu, which is not on every list for Safaris but very worth to make a stop between Serengeti and Ngorongoro NP.

Last but not least as well big thanks to Rajab from RajaTours, very easy to organize the safari, very good price for an unforgetable trip in Kenya and Tanzania. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Ludovico
4/5

The communication with Raja Tours was quite minimal- in the end we had last minute to change the date of our trip-
Fortunately we could make it!- And we finally had a wonderful day with our guide Ludovico in Nyerere national park. He gave everything to show us many animals as possible- it was adventurous and we saw a lot of interesting landscapes & wildlife animals- except of the lion- He had gone into hiding to digest the giraffe meat from the previous day.... The camp was a little bit outside of the park but was perfect too!
Thanks also for the second day (river safari-and: Guided tour with Mickey in Stone Town) :)

Amazing, authentic, friendly, helpful and professional
5/5

Rajab was amazing from the start. He was super responsive and flexible when discussing and organizing the tour. When travelling there, we had an issue with Kenyan visa and Rajab was super helpful and amended the itinerary in the last moment.

Once we arrived, everything was planned perfectly. Alen - the most knowledgeable and cool guide in Tanzania picked us up and we began the most amazing 5 days in Tanzania. Alen was driving us to remote areas of the parks, enabling us to observe and admire the animals from up close and away from the numerous tourists. The most amazing experience was being caught up in the way of 40+ elephants, walking 1m away from our jeep. Alen also ensured we had the best lunches of all the safari agencies, always finding the perfect spots and preparing the food as in a restaurant :)

The accommodation was also really well chosen - we tried everything from less to more luxorious tents, to more fancy lodges.

We really really recommend RajaTours, especially if combining Tanzania with Kenya. The transition of the driver and vehicle was smooth, and also Daniel - our guide in Kenya - was super nice. Very knowledgeable, communicative and explained everything thoroughly.

All in all, RajaTours is definitely the agency you should choose if looking for an authentic and genuine experience in Tanzania and/or Kenya. You will have an experience of a life time!

A very special, personalized, and memorable trip!
5/5

RajaTours put together a personalized safari of Kenya and Tanzania under a very short timeline. Raja was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, and both of our safari guides were excellent. We took this trip shortly after being engaged, and Raja even added personalized touches to make the trip special. Not to mention the price was very competitive. Both guides were experts in their field with lengthy careers in guiding. Our guides were willing to accommodate changes and personal interests each say. We saw the big 5 and the great migration! A once in a lifetime opportunity!

A world class team and trip!
5/5

This trip was meant as a special week for my son and I after a difficult year. Rajabu was professional and prompt with all comms and helped us organise a wonderful safari that took into account all of our interests and considered the travel needs of a mother and child. When we struggled with visa issues, the team was helpful to sort this. We arrived to see the smiling face of Geoff, who provided us insights to the local culture, the parks and answered all of our questions about the animals. He was a fantastic guide who helped us feel welcome in Kenya. When we moved over to Tanzania, Alan was just as incredible, discussing all the local cultural tidbits you could never get from a book. He helped us see the parks as animal reserves and my son felt encouraged to learn more about how to do more to help local people. He was also a keen photographer and gave us loads of help to capture some memorable photos! We were able to go on a tour of a local village, learning about beer making, woodcraft and cycling through neighbourhoods - something we never thought to do while on a safari!
From start to finish, we had a wonderful time and have taken our notes of this trip and shared with several friends who now hope to see Kenya and Tanzania in 2024. Thank you to the entire team! We look forward to seeing you on a future tour through East Africa, sometime soon.

A Dream
5/5

The safari with RajaTours was an incredible experience. Great value compared to other safari companies. We saw all the animals we set out to see, plus many more that I had no idea we would see. I began to take notes every night because we saw and learned so much daily, I never wanted to forget! Food provided was excellent, lodging was beautiful, guides were knowledgeable and kind (Daniel and Alan). Pre-trip communication was minimal, cash-only is something we aren’t used to in the US, but they delivered and I would recommend them to anyone. Hope to go back one day.
