Best trip of our life
We did the 5 days safari: Tarangire, Serengeti (2 days), Crater and Manyara. Overall, it was an awesome experience. The booking process was very straight forward and we had confidence in Lion King Adventures from the beginning. Even though safaris are extremely expensive, this company had a good price in comparison.
Our guide Salehe was very knowledgeable and made his best efforts to show us everything we wanted.
Our cook Karim was very accommodating and prepared very delicious food. We are vegetarian and all our dishes were great.
In terms of places to visit, I would recommend NOT visiting Manyara.. really not that much to see there. Serengeti is by far the best place.

A great 6 climb up kilimanjaro and a great 4 day safari
We felt very safe the entire time on Mount Kilimanjaro and our Safari guide was great at finding the best locations for the rarer animals on safari. Our guides were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent, very friendly staff, well organized
We had a wonderful 3 day safari tour with Lion King Adventures. Everything was well organized and smooth from the very first contact up until our drop off at the airport. The needs of the clients are top priority to the friendly staff. Pick up from and to the airport was also organized which was very important for us (and for any tourist in Tanzania for that matter). Accommodation was amazing, especially the Endoro lodge near the Ngorongoro crater. Our jeep was well maintained and food and cold drinks were provided, we saw a lot of animals and the beautiful tanzanian nature. Overall it was a great experience and trip to remember!

Everything was well organized and smooth from the very first contact up until our drop off at the airport. Best safari experience and operator
We had a great time with Lion King Adventures. Gilbert (our guide and driver) came to pick us up at our lodge (despite the remote location) on time, to start our great experience.
We've booked a 4 days safari, in order to visit Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara.
We really enjoyed the tour, with the occasion to see lots of wild animals (Gilbert was great in spotting animals for us), and the views were great during the tour.
The lodge we've stayed at were great, especially the Endoro Logde in Karatu (between Ngorongoro and Manyara), which is plunged in the coffee plantations. In Serengeti we stayed at the Serengeti Heritage tented camp, which was fine.
Gilbert was a great guide and companion for the tour, and we thank him so much for making our experience even better.
We strongly recommend Lion King Adventures for your safari, don't look further for another operator. You'll get best value for money and high quality.

Lion King Adventures delivers on a memorable and successful lifetime experience
We (a group of 4 - 2 x couples) did a Mt. Kilimanjaro (6-day Machame route) and Safari (4-day) package with Lion King Adventures.
The communication with Lion King Adventures throughout our time with them was reasonably prompt and it felt like they were always happy to help us as best they could. During the initial stages of booking and tailoring the package to suit us, there were only slight miscommunications which were ultimately settled with no discontent. They kindly organised a local coffee farm tour at the tail end of our stay.
Our drivers throughout our time in Tanzania were all very nice and safely got us to and from our locations.
We began our time in Tanzania with the 6-day Machame route of Mount Kilimanjaro. Personally, this was the highlight of my trip. Our head guide, Saladin, with his team (special mentions to Kim, Mos, Lazaro, John, Rama, Alan) were exceptional in making sure we were comfortable throughout and safely arriving to camp every day. Thanks to Saladin and his amazing team, we made it to Stella Point and if it weren't for weather and time constraints, I am certain that we would have made it to Uhuru Peak as well - Asante sana. The snacks to keep us fueled throughout the day were thoughtful and the hot meals at the end of every day were so good. We were also fortunate to have our own toilet which was a lovely luxury. I will always remember my Mount Kilimanjaro experience fondly.
We got to enjoy our 4-day safari to the fullest after conquering Kilimanjaro. We went to Tarangire National Park (NP), Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara NP. It was about mid-June when we started our safari and we had already missed most of the migration but were lucky enough to see the big 5 (lion, buffalo, rhino, elephant, leopard) and some babies/cubs as well (baby hippo, baby elephant, baby impala, cheetah cub, lion cub). Our safari guide and driver, Gilbert, was very informative throughout the 4-days, pointing out various forms of wildlife and fauna. He did a wonderful job making sure we got to see all big 5 and more - Asante! The accommodation organised for us between each of these safari locations was very comfortable (Eileen's Trees Inn and Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp) and the food was delicious.
Anna and James of Lion King Adventures came to visit us between Kilimanjaro and our safari. This was a very nice gesture and they were very lovely. We all had a great time and would gladly recommend anyone else considering a Kilimanjaro + Safari package to go with Lion King Adventures.

Fantastic two days with Lion King Adventures!
Lion King Adventures provided a lovely safari experience for a family, with visits to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Parks. They treated us honestly and professionally from the beginning until the end. They were able to put together a great trip within our tight timeline. James is an excellent tour guide—great driver, knowledgeable about animals and fauna, and all around good human. We are grateful to Lion King for rounding out our time in Africa so nicely. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing Safari
The Safari with Lion King Adventures was just PERFECT. Our guide Ozzi was really professional. We felt always safe and we had a lot of nice conversations with him. A special mention also to our cook Jusuf, who was preparing delicious meals for us. We will never forget this incredible safari-week!

Once in a lifetime adventure
Since not many people from South Korea travel to Africa, we were worried at first so did a lot of research on Safaribooking.com. Lion King Adventures caught my attention as communication with Pendo and Anna was very prompt and efficient. Also the price quote was reasonable compared with other agencies.
We had already high expectations as we switched agent to Lion King when we entered Tanzania from Kenya via Isebania border. I must say that Safari tour with our guide, David, exceeded our expectations and we really had a lot of fun! We saw big five and other animals up very close and David ensured that he share all his knowledge with us about the animals, habitat, conservation and the culture.
Also, the mid-range lodge selections were great as we really enjoyed our stay in all places with different vibes and styles. Before we headed off to Kilimanjaro Airport, we met with Pendo and James in person and they were very attentive and willing to know if there is any room for improvement. I must say all the staff and David were very professional throughout the tour and we thank you for making our trip unforgettable. We will surely choose Lion King when we come back!
