Visitors are the bosses
Our guides Amani nanyaro and David mdee were kind and opened to listen our suggestions... the tour was well planned as it started and finished on time. They help you with the sim card for your cellphone. We were a group of 7 people in two jeeps. And the hotels chosen for us were cool... enjoy the lodge in the middle of Sengereti park. Do not hesitate and choose them for an unforgettable experience. The guides speak Spanish as I do, so if that is your mother tongue you will feel confortable.

Experienced!
Even though we weren’t traveling during peak season Lion King Adventures planned a safari holiday of a lifetime! We stayed at some of the most exotic locations at various bush camps in the wildlife parks which gave us a totally different experience of Tanzania than staying only at known hotel chains. We travelled with two children (7 &11) and they were very mindful about making sure it was also very safe and comfortable for the kids. The whole trip included game drives, lunch and even a walking tour. The organizers were online in case we needed anything. We found them extremely reliable and that they understood our needs very well. Extremely professional! Especially our Guide - Gilbert! We recommend him to all who want to book with Lion King Adventures! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

Amazing Guide experience
The tour was organised with the upmost professionalism from beginning to end. Starting with a swift pick up at Kilimanjaro airport.
Our guide, Goodluck, was extremely kind and also professional. From making sure we’d always be on time for our activities and tours (a bit of discipline for 5.30am wakeups to see the best animals is always needed!).
On top of the above, Goodluck’s 10+ years experience of touring in Tanzania but also Rwanda, Kenya or Uganda brought a wealth of knowledge to our trip which made it extremely unique. His ability of spotting animals with his naked eyes (sometimes up to 1km away!) ensured we’d see all that we wanted, we even managed to complete the big 5 in one day only.
Finally, GoodLuck’s perseverance in making sure we’d spot the animals we wanted to see is what impressed me the most, as he was relentless in seeking for a leopard and cheetah for us to see before we left (and we did!).
From a hotels perspective, all hotels offered fantastic staff, facilities and views. I’d like to point out the tremendous experience at Lahia Tented Lodge - as the food and views was sumptuous. Not only that, but this is one of the rare hotels that takes guides into consideration (the owner being a former guide himself), meaning that they do not have to pay a fee for their stay, their accommodation is very comfortable and they are also invited to eat in the main restaurant with all other guests.
As guides have to be well rested and sharp this is definitely something you want to take into consideration in your hotel choices.

Amazing Safari, Fantastic Guide
The Safari was amazing. We saw all the big 5 and many other animals. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, professional, respected the wild life, and was able to answer every question we had about the animals, the country, culture, etc. We would definitely return and recommend Lion King Safari to anyone. I'd highly recommend people ask for Richard.

They already provide a very good value for money, still LKA goes the extra mile in providing even superior service.
Communication runs very quick, direct and to the point.
What they communicate is also the final truth: no surprises and very reliable.
The safari tour we did was amazing and especially pimped up by the very professional and skilled guide.
No way you can get the same experience by your self or via a guide you contact on the fly. LKA beats them all.
Besides safaris, LKA is specialized in other local activities: hikes, coffee plantation visits, city tour, ... all with an appropriate guide.

Comprehensive
Lion King Adventures was an amazing tour company that planned everything from airport pickup to extra time for souvenirs and return COVID test. Gilbert, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the animals and the parks. The food was amazing and we had a hot lunch every day. Gilbert was timely and respectful at every moment and made our time in Tanzania the best. Communication with the company was extremely prompt and Anna and Godwin were very helpful in tailoring our safari experience to our wants and needs.

Wonderful days
Everything in this trip was amazing. It was very well organized and we had the chance to discover the beautiful landscape of Tanzania and saw thousand of animals, including the big 5. Our guide David was really nice and enthusiastic, always making sure that our experience was great. The hotels were really comfortable and the staff very supportive. Also the food was very good. It has been a wonderful experience and I might repeat in the future.

Knowledgeable, fun, the best!
Our family of five went on a 7 night safari tour with Lion King Adventures. Each day surpassed our expectations! During the planning stage of our trip, communication with Lion King Adventure was always prompt and informative. Our family arrived at two different airports and Lion King Adventures was there for both arrivals. From the moment we got into the jeep on our first day, everything was seamless. Our first stop was Tarangire national park, it did not disappoint! Elephants, lions, ostriches, and zebras (to name a few) abound. And the lunch! Lion King Adventures supplies a chef prepared hot lunch everyday while on safari. We are a family of vegetarians, and meat eaters, everyone was taken care of, and the food was delish! We next went to Serengeti national park for three nights. This was a highlight for most of us! The animal viewing was great! We also spent time in Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. We could not have asked for a better planned trip.
The best part of our trip was our guide, Gilbert. Not only did Gilbert have a keen eye for wildlife, he was extremely knowledgeable and excited to share all that he knew. One of our family members was set on seeing a Black Rhino. By the last day we still had not seen one. But with Gilbert as our leader we knew we’d get lucky enough to spot one, and indeed we spotted four! Gilbert was diligent and kind and by the last night he felt like family! If you book with lion King Adventures and are lucky enough to get Gilbert as your guide, prepare for fun and lots of sight seeing! He made sure we got to see all Big 5, and so much more.
We haven’t even left Tanzania yet and we’ve already recommended Lion King Adventures to friends and family! Thank you Lion King Adventures for ensuring our first trip to Tanzania is not our last!
