tracking mountain gorillas - lifetime experience
In July 2015 my kids (15 & 16) realized a dream of me: We visited Ruanda and tracked mountain gorillas. We were recommended hiking to Susa group. When the different groups were arranged at the visitor center, we were the only ones who visited Susa group on this day. After climbing Mount Karisimbi for about 2 hours we could enjoy this beautiful group of mountain gorillas with babies, silverback, twins - total of about 20 gorillas - for one hour. Everything was perfectly organized by Pinnacle Africa Safaris. Our driver was very helpful and friendly.

We had a 10day breathaking safari through Uganda, it was a dream
Communications was without any Problems always doing.
The Service was perfect
The lodges was always good, clean and all of the hosts were very friendly - either we had a budget lodge or
a high end allodement.
The safari was best of. None of the other touroperators which we met on tour was such a long time into the
parcs as Pinnacle Safari - we left not we saw all.
Our tourguide, Adrian, was very well educated and knew everything about Uganda - each history, each animal and so on

incredible experience and incredible organization (our guide Marc is the best!!!)
arrive in Uganda and start travelling all around for 8 days no stop was a suche incredible experience!
we are usual traveller and we visit many countries and meet many people and guide, but this organization and Marc (our Guide) made everything perfect. Always friendly and at disposal, but also really smart and focus on our travel and target (be safe and enjoy Country, people, animals, gorillas, above all!!! :) )....

What a Safari Experience!
Our safari was Excellent, We had our list fully covered. The game drives were rewarding while a launch cruise on Kazinga was wow! Gorilla tracking was the most interesting activity. The food at lodges was delicious and very hospitable people everywhere.
The guide was very skillful and a perfect driver, thanks to Adrian you made our safari a memorable experience. Many thanks to the Pinnacle Safaris team for organizing a rewarding safari.

The experience exceptional, otherwards we had the best of our trip
First of all ,i think we had the best itinerary for our tour ,the guide tried as much as possible to explain every thing in the field, we we were most interest in the chmipanzee tracking , gorilla tracking ,mountaineering at the Rwenzori hiking , all in all it was a great safari,

I realy enjoyed my tour with them, they had the best driver guides and they were quite responsive.
They are responsive, they are reliable and are always willing to help the tourists and they had one of the best driver guides i have seen in Uganda, I visited and did all the activities that were in my itinerary any had the best experience ever.
