Frank ROCKS!!!!
5/5

This was our second trip with Frank, last year he took us through Rwanda and Uganda. This year we were back for more to Uganda, the most beautiful country in Africa. Who we are? The couple well travelled focussing on nature and nature photography. Who is Frank? The guy who knows all the answers. A perfect off-road driver, negotiator, super organizer, filed chef, animal spotter, good listener, special needs dealer and a perfect guide! You name the animal we will find it for you and even make it stay still to pose for a picture. Frank has good , competitive prices for the services and places you would normally pay way too much, and in case your pocket is not very deep he will make also budget holidays you will never forget. We travelled twice with him and we will be back for more. He organizes tours, groups or individual visitors by himself throughout Central and East Africa. Frank is peoples friendly, gay friendly, everybody friendly. He understands your expectations and needs, and will try his best to fulfil your dreams about perfect holidays. Anybody a gorilla? A chimp? A shoebill? No problem! Frank will get one for you and make it stay in the perfect light in front of your camera. Don't believe me, see my Instagram: peterofpoland . Thank you Frank and hopefully see you soon!

An Awesome, Unforgettable Journey through Uganda with an Incredible Tour Guide
5/5

A driver-guide can either make or break a safari vacation experience.
Having Frank as our safari guide made this trip into something truly memorable. From the beginning, he worked with us on all the details of the itinerary, in customizing the trip to meet our expectations as well as making last minute changes that we needed to make. We had so many questions and he was so patient, responsive and accommodating.
When we met him in person, it felt like we were meeting an old friend. He just makes you feel comfortable. Frank is warm, friendly, upbeat and so knowledgeable about the country, its people and especially the mammals & BIRDS! We were not real birders when we first came to Uganda but Frank educated us so much about the beautiful birds of Uganda that we have since become birders!!
Frank is a great wildlife spotter too. He would be driving from one location to another and then pull over to point out a colobus monkey or a long crested eagle as well as spotting lions & leopards etc. He would always position the vehicle just right so we could take our many pictures & even started to take his own pictures and we would compare our pictures. Frank is a photographer's guide. He knows what you want and has the patience to wait for the perfect picture!
We made an ambitious itinerary over 13 days that meant A LOT of driving all over Uganda but time with Frank was so well spent! We had great conversations and we all laughed a lot. Time just flew by. All the details of the trip from accommodations to picnic lunches to boat rides and gorilla trekking were all so carefully planned out, there were no surprises. He's a great guy and he made our trip as memorable and wonderful as it was.
We encourage everyone to plan a trip with Frank as you will not regret the decision. We highly recommend him and would be more than happy to share our experience and answer any questions that people may have.

The best choice!
5/5

Our experience with Frank Tours Uganda was absolutely amazing.
From the first time we contacted Frank by mail he answered in less than 24h and gave us different options to suit our budget or wishlist.
The 16-days safari to Uganda included all the major highlights of the Pearl of Africa. It was beyond our expectations.
Culture, wildlife, nature, gorilla tracking, different national parks, boattrips on nile and Lake Victoria … giraffes, elephants, lions, leopard, crowned crane bird, shoebill stork … You name it, we’ve seen or done it!
Words cannot describe the feeling when you see all these beautiful animals up so close! And Frank is the perfect guide. Always shares his knowledge of all the animals and birds. He stopped the car when he saw something we missed. He literally knew everything we asked and much more. He has a great personality and is always open for alternatives in terms of things we wanted to see or do.
Most of the accommodations on the tour were unreal. The lodges were just amazing and some views were even better!

We highly recommend Frank Tours Uganda, for the nice and easy process based on your needs and wants for the trip.
Our experience was awesome!
Thank you Frank and we hope to see you soon!

Lucky we found Frank Tours Uganda
5/5

Frank was very quick and patient in responding to all my email and questions. He helped us book an amazing tour that suited our interest.
So early 2020 we booked that tour for January 2021. Frank got the gorilla and chimpanzee permits, booked all the lodges and we paid 30% deposit.
Then Covid really hid and we were in lock down.
So naturally we were worried how much money we will loose, but Frank was able to cancel all bookings and rebooked for us the same tour without any extra costs one year later!
2022 we finally traveled with Frank 16 days through Uganda, saw 6 different Natl. Parks and thanks to Franks eyesight spotted more animals and birds, that we hoped for. Frank is a pleasure to be with, he tried to find for us every animal we wanted to see. He goes beyond his duties, so when we didn’t see much in the Ishasha area of the Queen Elizabeth Park he organised research trackers which were not on the itinerary and we found the tree climbing lions and a leopard.
From arriving at the airport till our last day of the trip Frank took good care of us.
We can't recommend Frank highly enough, he provided us with an exceptional African experience.

Exceptional person on an unforgettable holiday in Uganda !
5/5

Frank is a very knowledgeable, reliable and caring person who took us on a fabulous trip through his country. He knows the places to go (local bars, local restaurants, schools, tribes, nice lodges,...) and gave us a true 'local' experience.
The trip was much more than 'just a safari'. He really brought us in close contact with the local culture as well. We had unforgettable encounters that we would never have lived without Frank.
He drove us through the fabulous national parks of Sipi Falls, Kidepo, Murchison, Queen Elisabeth, Bwindi, Lake Mburo, always looking for big and small animals. He will do everything he can to spot the 'big 5' and to give you an exceptional wild life experience. And on top of that, he is a bird watcher and photographer. He will always look for the right place to allow you to take that one fabulous picture.

From the very first contact (via email and Zoom) one can tell the professionalism of Frank. He will do everything to accommodate the tour to your wishes.

And to make it complete: Frank is a very warm person with a lot of fine humor.
No doubt that we will go back to Uganda and certainly it will be with Frank as our tour guide!

Dedicated, knowledgeable and an excellent advocate for Ugandas natural beauty.
5/5

The trip we did with Frank Tours was an extensive journey anti clockwise around Uganda over 21 days. We started in Entebbe and spent the first week exploring the eastern side visiting Jinja, Sipi Falls, Moroto and Kidepo.
From there we visited Murchison Falls, Kibale and Queen Elizabeth National Park before heading to Bwindi to see the Gorillas, then onto Lake Bunyoni, Rwakobo Rock then back to Entebbe to fly out.
We loved that Frank had such fantastic local knowledge and engaged local guides to take us on walks, to visit small communities and even take us to their homes. Our itinerary was flexible to a certain degree meaning we could swap activities or cancel a game drive if we needed a quiet morning. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank.
We felt we gained a deeper insight into Ugandan life through this more extensive tour.
All the Lodges chosen by Frank were in stunning locations with very helpful staff and great food. From cleaning our boots to washing our clothes nothing was too much trouble.
The tour included the favoured Ugandan highlights such as the Chimps and Gorillas but Uganda is so much more than this.
Sitting in a small wooden canoe watching the sunset on Lake Bunyoni and hiking up Mt Moroto with a local guide for me was as great an experience as the chimps and gorillas.
