So exciting that 10 days were not enough
Correspondence with Basili the director of Vervet Tours was smooth and informative. He answered our numerous questions and together we created an awesome itinerary 1 month before our trip.
Every aspect of our trip was well planned. James our guide was exceptional during the trip, always on time in the Toyota 4x4 Cruiser well cleaned ready for the day’s adventure. He knew where to go for great wildlife encounters, we saw more animals took better photos than we expected. Our accommodations were something else, very relaxing, tasty meals in most of the establishments and courteous staff.
My wife and I agree that the 10 days in Tanzania passed very fast. We have already started making plans for another trip.

We Finally Did Our Tanzania Trip
We have been planning this trip with Basili for a while as we had postponed twice for unavoidable reasons and so it was a huge relief that we finally did it. I must say that we were very glad that we chose Vervet Safari Tours because they’ve treated us to the most wonderful safari experience. Tanzania is a beautiful country with incredible attractions and nice people. Each day brought new adventure in the parks or while visiting local tribes. There were so many exciting experiences that had our young lads on the edge of their seats. If you are thinking of a Tanzania safari go with Vervet Safari Tour and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Family Safari
My sister, her kids and I finally did our long awaited Northern Tanzania Parks tour and it was an incredible experience watching lions, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, wilbeestes, warthogs, monkeys, gazelles, giraffes, rhinos, buffalo…. Its not possible to name them all here. The trips logistics were excellently planned and executed by the office team and Evans the tour guide who was amazing.
We got wonderful accommodations at a bargain by booking through their office.
I highly recommend Vervet Safari Tours for your next safari trip.

A team that wishes you well
We were 2 French friends who went on an expedition with John Salomon Moussa, our French-speaking guide for 3 days of safari. And well, we lived 3 days of dreams on safari in the northern parks. I do not tell you too much what you are going to live because we took full eyes. It was magical ! The whole Vervet team was super nice: Basili's advice and humor to help you design your trip taking into account your requirements is a real asset, Rachel for accounting (yeah, a woman in finance, I find it important to specify) and our driver and guide, John Salomon Moussa to spot the most beautiful animals and also, the funniest. We were treated to a fantastic welcome at the Lodge. Frankly a big thank you to the whole team. Don't change anything, you're on top. John Moussa, I hope that French travelers will come in numbers to allow you to continue to practice French. I recommend Vervet Safari to you and we hope we can come back to explore Tanzania with you. Unforgettable Safari Experience
I booked my family a 4 day safari to Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti with Vervet Tours. From the first contact with Basili I knew that I was dealing with a professional because he was prompt and thorough with responses. He understood our desires and fitted them all within the limited timeline. He also gave us valuable information that helped us prepare for the trip. The safari was incredible and exceeded our expectations, we had a comfortable well serviced vehicle driven by James who is knowledgeable and wonderful guide who showed us many different animals and birds. Highly Recommended
We were recommended Vervet Safari Tours by my father in law, and they were excellent from the start when we contacted Basili during the planning stage. He was effective and thorough in his communication answering all our questions about the trip. Eventually together we came up with an ideal 5 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We found James our driver waiting for us at the airport. Ha was an outstanding guide in every way. Great company and a master at spotting and tracking animals. We sighted many different animals and birds with him and I believe that his years of guiding experience and knowledge of the places we visited enriched our experience. He was enthusiastic to share his insight on a wide range of issues in our discussions with him. He loves Tanzania very much and was proud to show it. Enjoyable 6 days Tanzania Trip
My wife and I booked a 6 days trip with Vervet Tours and had an enjoyable time in Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. They designed our trip to include all our desired locations and being a private safari Basili our guide concentrated his efforts on our wishes. We were pleased with the accommodation arrangements that Vervet made for us. Basili showed different types of animals in the parks and also took us to visit a Maasai Boma. We were truly impressed by our trip to Tanzania and thank Vervet tours for putting everything together so well.

Wonderfully Designed Tanzania Tour
Vervet Safari and Tours were able to design a wonderful 5 day safari of Northern Tanzania to the following destinations; Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Communication with Basili was prompt and easy and so was the payment. Our actual tour was perfectly guided by James and ran without any hitch. He is a walking repository of facts and figures on the parks we visited. Our favourite experiences were the great migration and descending Ngorongoro crater. The hotels were perfect. Sure we had one of our best tour experience as a couple.

Incredible experience !
We did a private safari for our 8 day honeymoon including Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks with 1 stop at Lake Eyasi. Just 1 word: MAGIC.
It was a fantastic experience, everything was perfect and very well organized from start to finish. Basili, with whom we contacted through whatsapp from Switzerland, organized and confirmed everything before we left.
The lodges and luxury camps are amazing in terms of comfort, service and food, always delicious.
Our guide Moussa was passionate about animals and nature and taught us many things, he always knew where the animals were and could anticipate their behavior which led us to discover extraordinary moments like a leopard hunting prey.
We also met the Hadzabe and Datonga tribes and were alone to visit their village which is very nice because we really could exchange with them and share a great time.
It's a once in a lifetime experience so go with Vervet!

Our guide Moussa was super nice, attentive, a smooth ride on the slopes and took his time to spot the animals unlike many other he speaks French well enough to understand it
We had a great meal thanks to our chef Victoire who was also super
