Friendly and efficient organisation
Our trip to Rwanda was primarily to visit the mountain gorillas, which we did and loved. But Hermosa also arranged us the golden monkeys hike, the cultural centre visit and the Dian Fossey conservation centre visit.
From booking with Hermosa - special mention to Eric who sorted everything - through to the trip and our departure, the team were fabulous. Really efficient and clear with what was being offered and the costs involved. Our driver/guide named Pacifique was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable about his country and took great care of us at all times.

Professionalism at its best- Highly recommend Hermosa company
We have booked Hermosa for our trip with our friends in June and our guide Damascene was very friendly expert in sporting animals in Akagera Park, we Lions, elephants, Leopards, Hippos and many more ! Doing a morning boat cruise when you are in Akagera is highly recommended. We plan to go for other parts of Rwanda including Gorillas in Virunga , we miss Rwanda and we will ask Damascene as our Guide. Cheers

Our Gorilla trekking experience with this company was a wooooow ! We couldn’t get closer to the Famous mountain Gorillas without their knowledge. From the beginning we were advised on the booking process and payment and there was no disappointment at all , we also enjoyed Golden Monkey Trekking and unique Rwandan culture at culture center in Kinigi! We already miss this beautiful country and we shall definitely bring our family and friends to see Rwanda.

The tour operator was very good and they ensured I was able to have a wonderful experience.
I loved seeing the rare golden monkeys in their natural habitat in the Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. I was also very impressed with my fabulous guide/driver Pacifique who was a delight to spend time with. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and my guide.

Organized, thorough, professional
Excellent at communicating with me in a timely manner. The driver was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He drove safely and was a lot of fun. Rwanda overall is an excellent location for any westerner visiting East Africa for the first time since the infrastructure and organization is excellent. 10/10 from me.

Entertaining and knowledgeable
Booking this tour was a little different than those I’ve done in the past. The initial contact is made on their website. After that, you correspond by email. Booking agents were very quick to respond to my questions. They we’re very kind to pick us up at our hotel and then drop us off at the airport for our flight after the tour.
