High Quality Tour
Hermosa Life Tours and Travel is the BEST company I've ever used for travel. Their communication was top notch, and they always replied to my emails extremely quickly. They were easy to work with regarding any changes we needed to make including a late change request. Hermosa Life Tours made all our changes easy to do. They were flexible and helpful throughout the entire process and they checked on us during our tour to make sure we were doing well. Absolutely everything was taken care of for us, which resulted in a truly stress-free vacation without any worries. Hermosa Life Tours is extremely cost competitive, in fact, their cost for our tour was much, MUCH less than other tour companies I contacted. They are low cost yet their services and care for customers are HIGH QUALITY and they do not skimp on anything. The driver/guide we had, his name was Patrick, was a hard-working, polite, respectful, young man who we enjoyed being with and talking with during our trip. Patrick made sure we always knew what we would be doing the next day and what time we would be leaving in the mornings. Patrick was a big part of making our trip worry-free. We had no stress about anything, and because of Patrick and the itinerary that Hermosa Life Tours put together for us, we were able to relax and enjoy the Rwandan culture, the Rwandan people, and the Rwandan wildlife. Friendly, informative, helpful. Abu (& Hermosa Travel) made our trip an absolute delight.
Rwanda is a beautiful country with friendly people and wonderful accommodations. The treks to see the Gorillas and Golden Monkeys the reason for visiting. The guides, porters, and trackers are very professional and the time with these animals was beyond description. But the real highlight turned out to be our guide, Abu. He was effiable, knowledgeable, very prompt, extremely personable, and made sure we had whatever we needed. He treated us as old friends from the moment we met him. He took us on a fabulous walking tour around Kigali. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and learning more the country, about him, his upbringing and his family. We were even treated to the opportunity to see his childhood home and the area where he grew up. Abu is an attentive driver, great conversationalist, enthusiastic photographer, and we are happy to consider him a friend - he really made the trip for us. Thank you!!

Very nice and friendly
I went with Hermosa both on Gorilla trekking trip and one long day safari tour. Both trips were amazing. Great experience. Both drivers were very nice and helpful and had a lot of knowledge about everything we asked. I am very satisfiend with Hermosa tours and could recommend them to everyone.

Superb, we had fun

Professional tour company in Rwanda
Everything about the 5-day gorilla trekking and Akagera National Park tour was exceptional! Patrick was the best tour guide I’ve ever seen. His stories and his knowledge of the gorillas,Culture and wildlife safari at Akagera is something I will never forget. He took care of everything for us - accommodations, meals, transport, etc. All we had to do was just show up and enjoy the amazing experiences that awaited us.
