Best Time To Visit
Rwanda is a great destination and it is my second home now, it is beautiful and the weather here is so perfect. We planned with Hermosa Life tours and travel a trip full of history, culture and nice people surrounded. It is by far the greatest trip I have ever experienced, seeing the wildlife in person with perfect lodging plus our incredible driver David was everything. Our trip was amazing and memories are still fresh.
We were indeed lucky that this agency chose Claude as our guide. He was so fantastic that he could spot leopards that no one else could spot. He had great knowledge about birds, butterflies, plant species, insects, and of course all animals. Apart from being very fast on email responses, the team back in the office keeps in touch with us on the safari. They proposed for us both luxury and mid-range properties and we had to choose what favors our budget, this shows you how friendly this team is, they keep in mind a guest’s budget too. We were even allowed to suggest or eliminate anything from our tour in case we did not like it. Our trip was amazing and memories are still fresh.

Amazing tour
TLDR: I highly recommend Hermosa life tours. We booked the 1-day gorilla trekking program.
Oreste and Hermosa admins were very responsive in terms of communication. Also they also sent us plenty trip reminders.
The tour guide Patrick did a fantastic job. Our trip starts in the early morning at 4:30am (since we stay in Kigali and we need to arrive at Volcanoes national park at 7:30am).
The trekking requires about an hour of hiking on muddy ground. And we get to watch the gorillas close for an hour. It was all worth it.
The only downside is that the vehicle seems to need some maintenance, but our guide Patrick was resourceful enough to fix the issue.
The program finishes by noon, but it is still a long drive back to Kigali. We are very appreciative of Oreste and Patrick from Hermosa for taking us to a wonderful trip of gorilla trekking. Highly recommended experience.

Gorilla Chimpanzee trek in Rwanda
I found Hermosa Life Tours and Travel and from the beginning Yvonne was super helpful and responsive, adapting our trip to Nyungwe and Vulcanoes The trip with our guide Augustin was incredible!! We got to see gorillas and chimpanzees very close, like one meter away! We also went on two amazing community walks, seeing wonderful dances and learning how Rwandan people live. We chose the midrange option for our accommodation We loved our trip and when we come back to East Africa we’ll make sure to book our trip with this company! Cheers team Hermosa

Great choice for Family trip

First Class Hermosa

Amazing Safaris in Africa
We had the best time with Claude our Guide in Rwanda He was so attentive and listening to every little request we had. We saw so many animals and the safari completely exceeded our expectations. The big five - many lions, big groups Elephants, ..Claude can find any animal that lives in Akagera Park, We cannot say enough about Gorilla Trek just only one meter to them we were so close, we saw Chimpanzee, Golden Monkeys and Canopy adventure I highly recommend Hermosa Life Touurs and Travel The company is very reliable, easy to contact and flexible.
