Great choice for Family trip
We were recommended this company by friends who did a trip to Akagera National park, the team is amazing from the planning stage, very flexible and communication is on top. First Class Hermosa

Amazing Safaris in Africa
We had the best time with Claude our Guide in Rwanda He was so attentive and listening to every little request we had. We saw so many animals and the safari completely exceeded our expectations. The big five - many lions, big groups Elephants, ..Claude can find any animal that lives in Akagera Park, We cannot say enough about Gorilla Trek just only one meter to them we were so close, we saw Chimpanzee, Golden Monkeys and Canopy adventure I highly recommend Hermosa Life Touurs and Travel The company is very reliable, easy to contact and flexible. A wonderful Gorilla trekking experience Kigali to volcanoes park
My gorilla trekking tour with Hermosa life was flawless. I was when I was in kigali for a conference. Yves was my driver/guide and he’s very friendly and a very safe driver. Hermosa Life Tours was always on top of everything needed, like the PCR test requirement in order to enter Volcanoes. They guided me and my friends touring different attractive spots in Kigali city tour and went to the Genocide Memorial. I was taken to a testing site and the price was very reasonable, Oreste always responded promptly when I reached out them on WhatsApp, and when back in Rwanda or Uganda I’ll definitely reach out to Hermosa Life Tours family again.

Yours and Our Guide went beyond our expectations
I used Hermosa Life tours for both two days for gorilla trekking experience and one day Akagera experience and with no doubt would use them again. Communication is quick and clear, planning is very easy, and they help you plan and pack appropriately.
I requested Claude as a guide after reading other reviews and he exceeded expectations! He was on time each morning, he is extremely friendly and welcoming, and he is knowledgeable about his country, parks and animals.
The volcanoes national park was amazing and i was able to see a family of 23 gorillas up close and personal. I was felt safe and comfortable during the entire experience. In Akagera we were able to see leopards, elephants, rhinos, water buffalo, hippos, giraffes, zebras, and lots more animals. Claude was great at spotting animals all around the park it was easy for us to take pictures and see them well.
If plan to go back to Rwanda, I definitely will hook myself up with Hermosa Life tours

He was patient and very detailed
it was a great experience. the tour guide was very nice towards us, was able to look out for the animals, and took us close enough to experience them. He was patient. We really enjoyed our time at the park all thanks to the tour guide.

Amazing treatment
Was easy to book and coordinate. They are flexible with the payment method. The driver knew a lot about the area and was really helpful and friendly. The guides in the park (included in the package) were very caring and were all the time paying attention so we had the best experience possible
