Very easy to communicate and helpful.
The communication with Hermosa was effective and Oreste replied very fast. The whole package was value for money and included pickup and drop off from our hotel. Our tour guide Justin was good at helping us to spot animals in the safari.

We had an amazing Trip with this company. Our Guide Patrick was so Professional, Attentive, Caring and Knowledgeable. He knows Rwanda and Wildlife! We visited Akagera, and Nyungwe Park.
