Polite and kind
Hi i went to akegera national park whit "Hermosa Life" my guide tour (Pacifique) pick me up on point and he was very gentle,that makes me feel comfy traveling alone ,the day at akagera was stunning i can't belive how beautifull it is ! Amazing Rwanda Trip
Our trip to Rwanda was amazing, mostly due to our incredible guide, Pacific. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip—the history of Rwanda including the genocide, the specifics about chimpanzees, the sad saga of the gorillas, the nuances of the animals we saw on our safari, etc. Our itinerary was well thought out. We saw the chimpanzees and then the gorillas. The accommodations were excellent. We finished our trip with a safari. We hope to come back with our adult children and will definitely use Hermosa again. They were super responsive during our planning stage and also very flexible. We suggested modifications to our itinerary and they easily accommodated. We could not have been more impressed or pleased with Hermosa. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Definitely ask for our Guide, Pacific.

Hermosa Life Tours and Travel is Awesome!!
Hermosa Life Tours and Travel is amazing and they took very good care of 6 of us during our once in a life time trip! You don’t have to look for another company because this is the one! Oreste, Yvonne and her team are incredible. They provided all the information we needed before our 7-day ape trekking adventure. We requested distilled water for my husband allergy and they got it.
Due to our flight cancellation from US to Brussels, 5 of us were rebooked last minute to 3 different flights. Our amazing guide, Pacci/Pacifique went to the airport and picked us up three different times with a big smile even though the last flight arrived at 2 am. Four checked-in suitcases were lost. However, Yvonne and Pacci got out of their way to get our suitcases delivered to our hotel the day before our gorilla trekking so we could hike with their proper hiking gear.
Pacci is a safe, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant guide/driver. We felt safe and enjoyed his company very much. He gave us friendly reminders to ensure that we have proper gear. Please ask for him as your guide.
We cannot thank Hermosa enough for their excellent service!

Excellent service
I travelled to Rwanda for work but did not want to leave the country without doing a Kigali city tour and visit the famous Volcano National Park - home to the famous mountain gorillas, golden monkeys and the resting place of Dian Fossey. I booked Hermosa travels on short notice and had a wonderful experience throughout. My Guide Nr. Bosco was a wonderful young man, wonderfully informed and well read. All went very well from my Kigali day to travel to the park, guides, hiking etc

Another Excellent Trip
My wife and I went with Hermosa in 2024 when we did the Gorilla Trek and had a fantastic experience with them so when we decided to go again in 2025 there was never any doubt that we would be using Hermosa yet again. Once more they were an absolute delight, a company I have full confidence in which counts for so much when booking a holiday. I was assisted all the way by Yvonne and Oreste, both of them responded instantly to any questions I had and they made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Our driver/guide was Augustin, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous time. Hermosa are the sort of company who take great pride in their work and who's first thought is to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Whether it be communication, service, reliability or the whole holiday, Hermosa make certain that the customer is looked after and has a marvellous time.
Richard was absolutely amazing; very knowledgeable and also very polite and accommodating.
It was great working with Hermosa. They delivered what they promised.

The safari was fantastic!
The safari was 10/10. The car, the driver and the guide (same person) was fantastic. The accomodation was also very good. The guide was very engaged and had a very good knowledge about the animals and spesific all the birds.

Smooth, clear communication, simplified process to work with them.
Service and communication was very good before the trips which made you feel at ease that your with a good guiding company. Although your paying a bit more, it’s worth the private ride provided and professional tour guides that ensure you get taken good care off in any activity (we did Gorilla trek and the Akegera Safari) as our guide Richard gave us a lot of info about the country and the animals there.
