We have just experienced a 9-day tour arranged by Luis, taking in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar the whole Safari was expertly managed, well-executed, and made most enjoyable by our superb Local Guide, "Samir", who was very knowledgeable, a charming companion, and had a nice sense of humour! He could not have done more for us and made sure that what we asked for we got, he went out of his way to see that we had the very Best 60th Wedding Anniversary adventure that it was possible to have! Onesimo, our Safari guide/ driver is above and beyond, in every aspect, and words alone are not enough to explain his down-to-earth customer service with excellent professionalism. Let me confess, we enjoyed every moment with him during our Safari Tour and though it was a big challenge to see lions at Tarangarie Nationational park, Onesimo ( the driver) went the extra mile in the park to surmount the challenge and we were able to see 2 lions at Tarangire National park.
Soul Safari is top of the class.

It is like living a movie from inside
The perfect trip. My wife and I went to Tanzania with Soul of Tanzania for our Honey Moon. It couldn't be better. We could see all animals that we could imagine and more. Our guide (Samir) was the perfect mate, a professional that can see an interesting moment from miles away. We won't forget this trip ever. So far, it has been the best experience of our lifes.

Our guide, Albert, an absolute professional with extremely knowledge about animals, nature, and people, makes this trip even more memorable.
the lunch picnic, very good, differ based on the camp that you are staying in, but always hot, with some things to choose from, and wine to make it nicer.
We would definitely recommend the Soul of Tanzania to any of our friends and colleagues who would think to go for the Sarafi.

Reaching the stars
We made a trip with 4 children, aged 2 years old to 13 years and it was the unforgettable trip of your lifetime!
The service staff was incredible, Fidelice our driver was so knowledgeable, kind and attention towards our needs. Food was excellent. The trip in itself was in a very nice car, comfortable. We all enjoyed it so much. Spotting the big 5', reaching the stars in our mind! All what we wanted! The emotional part of it, is when you realize that everything is perfect and it's holidays! Now looking for our next adventure with them to get the same thrill we got! The professionalism they all dedicated to make this trip incredible, is mind blowing. It was above all our expectations. People were genuinely nice and not pushy. Loved it :)

Our honeymoon with Soul of Tanzania was amazing. Sandy our journey designer was very patient, answered all our questions and made incredible suggestions. Our guides were incredible, Rodrick in Tanzania felt like a friend, they made our experience really good. The camps, hotels and lodges exceeded our expectations. Soul of Tanzania was definitely the best choice for such and special trip.

We could not recommend Soul of Tanzania more! We had the perfect safari thanks to Jose, our journey designer, and George, our guide. Jose, thank you very much for all your patience in answering all of our inquiries and for ensuring that all the bookings are in order - everything was flawless and stress-free. All we needed to do is enjoy the friendly people of Tanzania, the beautiful nature, and the animals.
If you travel, make sure you ask for George, you cannot ask for a better guide. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nature, animals, as well as the history and culture of Tanzania. We felt like we are traveling with a professor, we learned so much. George also went out of his way to ensure we have a good time, finding the best spots for lunch (even if it required driving to hard-to-reach areas) and making additional or longer stops so we can enjoy the nature and the animals on our own schedule while also keeping us on time. We saw all the animals we wanted to see (lions, leopard, elephants, zebras, rhinos, hyenas, monkeys and many more) While this is partially down to luck, George's knowledge of the parks certainly helped (we still do not know how he never got lost in the parks without using a map or a GPS!). Thank you, George, for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, you really made it special!
We strongly recommend that you book with Soul of Tanzania. Without having a journey designer like Jose, and a guide like George, you will spend a lot of time organizing your trip, which will not be easy as in order to book the best lodges, you really need to know the area. Going to a park without a local guide will guarantee that you will not see most animals, as you will not be able to go off the main roads without getting lost and you will not get the information from other guides. Make sure you budget for tips for both your guide and the lodges. People go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home, you will want to show your appreciation (just consider it part of the cost of the trip).
Tip: If you end up booking a hotel/lodge of your own choice, make sure you cross-check its reputation with Soul of Tanzania, as there are hotels/lodges that do not treat guides well (low-quality accommodation and food) and therefore should be avoided. You can ask Soul of Tanzania if all the hotel choices you made are endorsed by the guides.
All in all, we would not change anything about our trip in retrospect. In fact, we had such a good time that we want to do another safari in 1-2 years again. We will certainly do it with Soul of Tanzania and ask for Jose and George.

*Unforgettable*
We are a Portuguese couple who fell in love with Safari "Soul of Tanzania". We made a 3 days Safari and everything was above our expectations. Our guide, George, was respectful and kind to us all the time and was a great company during the Safari.
We had the opportunity to see all the animals, mostly the "Big 5".
We loved the animals' experience, the landscapes, the places where we spend the night, and the food we had tried.

Once in a Lifetime Experience
I'd love to thank our tour guide Azaria for making the tour unforgettable. He was such a sweet and knowledgable person, we are super grateful for having him as our guide. Secondly, a big thanks goes to the agent who helped us organize the trip exactly according to our needs and was patient to answer all questions we had (and there were many :)) Thirdly, I cannot even describe the experience itself. It was breathtaking, amazing, accomodations were superb, so we thank Soul of Tanzania for making this such a unique experience. We are hoping to come back one day.
