Outstanding journey designers, wonderful stay
Our trip was wonderful thanks to The Soul Of Tanzania. They provide outstanding service, advice and help. Our journey designer Jose was very professional and always responded to our emails very quickly, making us feel supported every time we had any kind of question and request.
We were also very happy with the taxi driver that came and picked us up from the airport, he was very professional and gave us an interesting lesson on the history of Tanzania on our way to Arusha. Burunge and Acacia camps exceeded our expectations, they were beautiful and the staff was always welcoming and attentive to our every need as well as the food that was fresh, healthy and local. We appreciated that the food had traditional dishes, spices and flavors. In Rhino lodge the rooms were satisfactory but the food was delicious and everybody was, as always, very kind and helpful.
We were extremely happy with our safari guide Lom. He is extraordinarily talented, competent, kind and was very attentive to our needs and interests, he is truly a five star guide. He is also very precious because he shared his Maasai culture with us and in addition to knowing all the safari animals he is also very good in identifying and finding birds. He is also a very careful and safe driver. If we were to return we would definitely ask for him once again and we highly recommend him as a safari guide to your future clients.
A 10/10 trip!

fantastic experience with Soul of Tanzania
when I've started to look for a safari tour, in the beginning of 2023, I've read a lot of reviews. I't looked like Soul of Tanzania would be the perfect choice as operator. And they were. From the very beginning, more than 1 year before the travel, the tour planner José gave me all the information I needed. He was very solicit, answering me on weekends, hollidays, etc. We went smoothly till the beginning of the tour. We started in Kenya with our guide Nick. He was a fantastic guide, very bold at the time of running through the savanna to track the animals and very concerned of the best spots/position to the photos/movies. We managed to see a cheeta hunting in Masai Mara, something very rare, for instance. But we've been in lots of places in Masai Mara and saw lots of animals (also in the previous Lake Nakuru Park, the only place we saw rhinos). Hotels were very good (we took the medium board) and staff was always very friendly. We've stayed at Lake Nakuru lodge (very good food) and supposed to stay at Ikeliani Camp at Masai. They've sent us to another hotel, since Ikeliani was flooded recently. Downside in the tour because we've not been communicated previously. But the food was so good (looked like an international restaurant of a big city) that compensated any complaint we could have. Masai Mara is a fantastic park, lot's of animals, including cats, elephants (we crossed with a group of over 30), giraffes, etc. We've crossed the border to Tanzania to Serengueti Park with our guide Cleopa. We've stayed 4 days with him. In some days we saw a lot of animals, over 15 lions in total, and also dedicated a lot of time to find a leopard, finally managed to see one (they are very rare to see), thanks to the his effort. We've stayed at the Acacia lodge, inside the park. Very good hotel, some shower power issues, but the staff very friendly and the food good (not as the previous two). Ngorongoro crater park was the next, not a glorious day as per the animals, but it was ok. Serena Lodge is a fantastic hotel with a great food and staff. We kept going and Lake Manyara Park was our last park in Tanzania (we've stayed in Escarpement Lodge, very good, with a good food). The park not as brilliant as Serengueti, but guess what: returning to the park entrance we saw another leopard, this time on the road in front of us! Crossing the border back to Kenya, our guide was John. Very nice person, we've stayed at Kibo Safari Camp, very good also, mainly the staff and food. Amboseli Park is also beautiful, with lots of birds and elephants (the biggest number among all the parks) with the landscape of Mount Kilimandjaro behind with acacia trees. Beautiful photos with a line of elephants, acacias and the mountain. At last, it was a fantastic 11 day tour, unforgettable, more than 1100 photos and 6h of filming. Don't hesitate in hiring Soul of Tanzania for this. They are quite responsible and safe. The 6 parks visited worth everything. Is a lifetime experience, beyond any doubt.

A wonderful 6-Day Majestic Tanzania Safari
The whole safari trip was amazing. Our guide Filix is very professional at driving and safari. He also can spoke a little bit Chinese, which was a big surprise. We call him Socializer which is the social king of Tanzania. He could get animals‘ informations ASAP, and took us to see what we want to see, including lions, rhinos, cheetahs, etc.On the last day we also coordinated with the driver and added an itinerary to a zoo to see the animals and Kilimanjaro very close. It was a very memorable journey. Thanks for Unlimited Expeditions-The Soul of Tanzania's good service.

Do NOT recommend
I have been struggling with doing business with this company since my early talks with them. I have requested phone calls to understand better the offerings and choose better what would be the best options for me and my wife, and think that's not asking too much right?
The hotels we stayed that were recommend from them were expect melia and the cliff that were really our exceptions.
The cars were OLD, rusty, outlets wouldn't work, seats were super uncomfortable, and they were not branded soul of Tanzania or Spirit of Kenya, I think we were not important customers so they "outsourced us" to different companies.
The water offered in the game drives were room temperature.
The guides made a good effort to find some nice animals life, but I would look for a different company.

Soul of Tanzania comes very highly recommended!!!
Soul of Tanzania is an absolute gem when needing help to visit Tanzania for wildlife safaris. We travelled from India for a 6-night safari game drive tour to Tarangire and Serengeti parks and Soul of Tanzania did all the arrangements for us. We stayed with Asilia camps on their game packages and connected to the parks through flights.
The coordination and responsiveness of the SOT team is absolutely amazing. Every email would be responded to within a max of 24 hours and every doubt/question was addressed with care and patience. All arrangements for meet and greet were made flawlessly. All camp bookings and safari flights were handled by them and the payment terms and payment schedule was also very convenient.
If anyone is planning a game package with some of the top lodges in the Tanzania wildlife safari circuit, I can say that you can safely and blindly trust SOT to do all the arrangements for you. They are one of the very best in Tanzania and I hope to travel again with them to other parts of Africa very soon. We cannot be more grateful to SOT for making our trip a memorable one.

Truly unforgettable experience with a very professional company!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Shombee as our safari guide during our honeymoon in Tanzania, and he truly made our experience unforgettable! The company, Soul of Tanzania, was incredibly professional, and Manuel helped us organize the perfect itinerary that met all our needs.
Shombee's extensive knowledge of the animals, birds, and trees in the Serengeti, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro parks ensured that we were constantly engaged and never had a dull moment. Thanks to Shombee, we achieved our goal of seeing all the Big 5! His keen eye for detail was especially impressive—I'm still on the lookout for another leopard in the trees! His ability to spot a rhino in the distance was nothing short of remarkable.
Shombee was incredibly adaptive and flexible with all our needs, making sure our trips were scheduled in the most efficient way possible. He knew each park like the back of his hand, ensuring we had the best opportunities to see the wildlife and landscapes we had dreamed of. Additionally, he went above and beyond to make sure we received special treatment at the lodges for our honeymoon, adding an extra layer of magic to our trip.
We couldn't be happier with Shombee as our guide. His passion, expertise, and dedication made our safari truly special. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional safari experience in Tanzania!

Perfect
We used the Serengeti package through Soul of Tanzania in December 2023.
Losioki, who guided us for 4 days and 3 nights, was very kind and a great friend.
We were also grateful to the guide who provided us with a delicious lunch.
Losioki always told us not to worry, hakuna-matata, even though we didn't speak English.
Great friend, when I visit Tanzania, I want to explore the Serengeti with Losioki again.
I hope Losioki sees this review :)
Sorry for the late review as I had a very busy schedule after returning to Korea :C

Communicative, organized, and helpful
My partner and I spent 12 days in Tanzania and our trip was absolutely incredible, surpassing all our expectations! We decided to skip out on one of the National Parks to explore Arusha / go on the Mount Kilimanjaro tour. From the moment we arrived in Arusha, everything went smoothly – our transportation was ready and waiting. Arusha was stunning, and we loved exploring Mount Kilimanjaro, even though the mountain was shy that day. Hanging out with the Chagga tribe, making coffee, and trying their food was such a unique experience!
The safari was hands down one of the best things I've ever done. Our guide, James, was fantastic. He knew so much and made the trip even more enjoyable. Make sure to bring portable chargers as the plugs in our car did not work! The places we stayed (we chose the comfort levels) had the most breathtaking views and were luxurious. We could just relax and watch the sunset or a storm roll in. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was top-notch!
We decided to book during the rainy season, which we were very hesitant on, but after the trip I do not regret it one bit. The scenery was beautiful with the greenery, and it did not rain as much as we expected - light drizzles here and there, but it would come and go like Florida weather. The best part was watching the rain storms out in the Serengeti from our hotel. We saw a wide range of animals, except the Rhino and Leopard which are usually harder to find anyway!
We added a few excursions to our trip. The nighttime safari I believe would have been better in the dry season as there was a lot of places for the animals to hide in Lake Manyara; however, we did see animals we would not have seen during the day. The best part was the sky - the stars at night were unbelievable and seeing the Milky Way was a moment I'll never forget. The Ngorongoro Crater walking tour was equally amazing with the views. The best excursion would be the hot balloon ride - seeing the vastness of the Serengeti and the animals below was an unreal experience. We went right above the Wildebeest migration, which was again, an unreal experience. Plus, we received a nice breakfast after!
Zanzibar was the perfect place to unwind after our adventures; however, this was something that would be better in the dry season. It did rain and was cloudy, but it was still nice lounging by the beach or pool. We asked for all-inclusive, and I believe since we got all-inclusive here, we also got it at the Melia Serengeti, so it was nice not having to pay for drinks. Additionally, they had nightly performances at the hotel were a fun touch!
Overall, this trip with Soul of Tanzania was unforgettable! Everything was so well-organized. If I had to suggest one change, it would have been to spend one less day in the Serengeti and one more day in Ngorongoro Crater or Zanzibar. But honestly, it was still a perfect trip. And catching a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro in the sky on our way home was the perfect ending.
