An unforgettable, personalized safari experience with Benjamin
What makes the Siya Phambile Expeditions so special is that there’s no set itinerary when you begin planning your safari with Benjamin. He takes the time to listen to your expectations, understand your budget, and suggest destinations that you might want to explore. You can also ask him to handle all the logistics, from meals to accommodations. We even requested airport transfers, and he took care of everything seamlessly. This was, without a doubt, the most carefree vacation I've ever had—everything was organized, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Benjamin took care of it all.
As for the safari experience itself, it was truly unforgettable. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife, and Benjamin’s knowledge made the experience even richer. He always knew the best spots to view the animals, and his "bionic" eye could spot wildlife from a remarkable distance. He provided us with snacks, water, and binoculars, ensuring that we were comfortable and prepared throughout the journey.
In addition, Benjamin's passion for nature and his deep connection to the land made this experience even more special. His enthusiasm was contagious, and we often found ourselves captivated not just by the animals, but by his stories and insights into the ecosystem.
I’ve already recommended Benjamin to my friends and family for their safaris in South Africa, and I’m seriously considering returning in a couple of years to relive this incredible experience all over again.

Benjamin was everything we could have wished for as a tour guide and companion on our journey
Our 18-day tour was fantastic! Siya Phambile has earned our highest praise for the location’s chosen, the amount of animals that we saw, Benjamin’s knowledge and identification of animals, insects and plants and even his culinary abilities. Benjamin went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. We definitely felt we got our money’s worth. WOW - absolutely fantastic
Ben was amazing, tour was fantastic. Tailor made for what we wanted to do and we loved every minute of it.
We travelled to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana for 2 weeks (after a week in Johannesburg doing our own thing). Everything promised was delivered and Ben and his staff made every aspect of the tour fun, informative and friendly.

Excellent, Couldn't have been better.
Our tour with these guys was incredible. Ben could not have been more helpful leading up to the trip. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everythng which made the process of booking so much easier, and all our accommodation was amazing.
On tour guide was Ben in Cape Town & the S. African leg and Jeff and Tommy in Zimbabwe and Botswana. All of these guys could not have been any better. We had 3 days in Vic Falls with Jeff & Tommy. They looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble. Could not fault them at all.
In S. Africa in both Cape Town, Blyde Canyon & Kruger Ben was really exceptional. He went out of his way to make our trip memorable for us and made every effort on the game drives to see as many animals as possible.
We would not hesitate to travel with them again

He is engaging, knowledgeable, thorough and he loves what he does.
Benjamin was very thorough in the planning of our entire trip. He added an extra city we wanted to see and found an excellent guide that met all of our expectations. He accommodated every request and made sure we were taken care of in every way, including making some of our meals. He was just as excited to see the sites of Johannesburg and the animals in the bush as we were. He has a sharp eye and spotted many of the animals before we did. He is very knowledgeable of the plants, animals and insects of the bush. I highly recommend him, especially if you have a special request and want your tour to be more than just your regular safari.

Personal service, flexible, knowledgeable expert, we saw all of the Big Five in one day.e day
This is a small but excellent company run by Ben who is also chief guide. Very knowledgeable both prior to and on safari proving a personal and flexible service. We only spent 4 days with him in Southern Kruger but impressive. Able to vary what we did because of weather and delivered on Big Five and many more animals and birds. Ben accompanied us and led our game drives but also arranged game walks and night drives with Park rangers. Obviously has a wealth of experience in Kruger, knows it extremely well, but also appeared to be very capable in Botswana, Vic Falls and elsewhere. We highly recommend Ben to anyone for small or large private parties.

Exceeded expectations
Just returned home from two fantastic weeks in Africa. Benji, the tour owner, did a fantastic job organizing our itinerary and addressing all of our individual requests and needs. We had an exhilarating schedule that allowed us to see so much of Africa. We began with 5 days in Cape Town and the lower portion of South Africa, then flew to Zimbabwe to do a couple days Safari in chobe National Park, flew to see Bryce canyon and the beautiful landscape around there. Then on to Kruger for 5 days of Safari and finally to Johannesburg to end our trip. As I am a wheelchair user, Benji did a great job with all our accommodations and travel plans. We saw everything we wanted to see and much more. Thanks again Benji for a once in a lifetime bucket list trick.

An Unforgettable Southern Africa Experience - Would do it again in a heartbeat!
With very little notice, we found ourselves looking for a Southern Africa experience. We found great reviews for Siya and contacted Benjamin. He was very quick to reply to all our enquires and put together our tour after asking what it was that we wanted from our experience. He was highly knowledgeable in flora, fauna and culture. Had some incredible spots for landscapes and got us right into the action... I mean really up close and personal to the animals in various national parks. The experience was something that I know my family and I will cherish forever. I highly recommend Benjamin and Siya and will be telling any friends and family heading to Africa to look him up. He was not just a great guide but a ripping bloke.
