Professional, friendly and reliable
Communication and reliability was great. We kept to the agreed schedule.
Martin was friendly and knowledgeable. Tried really hard to help us see as many animals as possible.
Accommodation was great. The view from the room was incredible.
Food was okay, portions a bit small and little options.
Despite not seeing any big cats we thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the boat trip from Kazinga Channel. We'll worth it just for that!

Wonderful safari with Martin
Martin took us around Uganda and Rwanda last October, showing us local sites, introducing us to authentic cuisine and providing expert safari commentary.
One highlight was Lake Bunyoni, where we stayed in an amazing lakeside hotel. We swam in the blue waters and ate some amazing food.
Another highlight was gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Martin knows the guides well and can tailor the gorilla tour to your wishes. We sat with a family of gorillas for an hour, watching them eat and play. Fabulous!

Superb tour operator from start to finish
Martin is a superb tour operator and ground handler. He was punctual, dependable, transparency and consistent, not to mention hugely knowledgable about everything from Ugandan and East African wildlife, right through to politics, international relations, history and technology. We can't recommend Martin and Expatrips highly enough

Murchison Falls National Park (Uganda) with Martin
Martin Janvier Kwizera has been an excellent driver and companion to discover the fauna and flora of Murchison Falls National Park. He has shown us the most beautiful spots and had a very good knowledge of where the animals were hiding in the savannah. Moreover, he has answered with competence all our questions. Last but not least, he was flexible and with a great sense of humour. Absolutely to recommend.

Expatrips is the best!!
I had the best time in Uganda with a trip of Expatrips. Martin (guide) made sure I had a wonderful time and that all was arranged for!!
This included a tailor made itinerary, stops whenever I desired, extended game drives etc., etc.
Special thanks go out to my guide Martin, he made the trip! He was always making sure I was having a good time, always looking after me concerning my needs, very talkative and just a fun person to roadtrip with. Furthermore, he had detailed knowledge about Uganda's (and even all of East Africa's) flora and fauna and was able to spot a variety of birds, wildlife (including the Big Five), and trees and plants. I can truly say that I came as a client and left as a friend. I'll be missing my brother from another mother!
Overall I can highly recommend Expatrips in case your looking for an adventure in Uganda. Their variety in trips and options for these trips includes something for every type of traveler and their care taking and high service level will surely not let you down!!

It was a highly professional team and yet with a friendly touch!
Expatrips was excellent with the communication leading up to the events. The communication was prompt and extremely articulate in as far as the events were concerned.
As a group of Ugandans that were travelling to Rwanda for the very first time, we were filled with such huge expectations on how to make the most of the few days that we were going to spend in Rwanda.
It was here that Expatrips came in handy, with such a well laid out plan, they gave the time of a lifetime in Rwanda. I would with on doubt recommend Expatrips for anyone willing to not only travel but experience moments in their travel that they will never forget!
