Honeymoon experience
We organised a trip to zanzibar and then booked a safari with adventure makers.
Everything was so easy, and communication was excellent.
The lodges were great, especially the little touches with it being our honeymoon. The driver was brilliant and his knowledge was good.nothing was too much
We decided to do a balloon ride, which again was sorted with no issues, and what an excellent experience it was.

A successful summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro
Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with Adventure Makers was a blast. The porters were skilled and friendly, the cook accommodated dietary complications, and the guide went above-and-beyond to help me summit despite some health issues on the way. He knew exactly how to respond to challenges and overcome them. All of this for a fair, reasonable price. What more can I say? I made it to the top!!!

Spectacular Safari Adventure
Spectacular, wonderful, awesome! My safari with Adventure Makers Tanzania quickly became a highlight of my life. Every aspect of the adventure was curated to perfection. My desires, needs and budget were all fully met. Stephen, guide and managing director was an absolute pleasure to work with and added a positive, enthusiastic and fun-loving vibe to the experience. In addition to seeing the Big-5, saw too many colorful birds and other animals to count. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about my safari. Magical Safari with Adventure Makers!
We had a wonderful, magical safari adventure with Adventure Makers Tanzania! Stephen, the owner, was also our safari guide and we felt so lucky to have him on the journey with us- he was kind-hearted, humorous and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife. We had a six star experience, taking in the Big 5! All Accommodations were lovely and very comfortable and Stephen was immediately responsive to any of our requests or suggestions. With so many foreign owned safari companies in Tanzania, we felt grateful to be able to choose a Tanzanian owned business and support the local economy.

Stephen from Adventure Makers makes sure you have the best time while your goals are met.
Stephen met me at the airport, took me to my first nights accomodation, then introduced me to his crew the next day. Over the following 4 days, they guided me into Arusha National Park summitting Mt Meru on the third day. Along the way I saw heaps of wildlife, whilst being well fed and kept safe.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was chasing an alternative experience to summiting Kilimanjaro, or who, like me, wanted a bit of climatisation before tackling the “Big One”.

Great value family safari and beach trip to Tanzania
Just back from fantastic trip to Tanzania. Fabulous scenery, amazing animals and wonderful people, especially Stephen who organised the trip and our wonderful safari guide Alex.
My one worry before the trip was transferring cash abroad. I can vouch that Stephen and Adventure Makers are the real deal! We leave with so many great memories (and photos!)

Extremely responsive, with great communication, and a top notch experience overall.
Stephen provided excellent communication in the days/weeks leading up to my safari. He offered quality hotel recommendations and a flexible private excursion at an excellent price. The evening before our safari he met me at the hotel to introduce me to our driver and show us the truck we would spend the next day in. Our driver and tour guide for the safari was Peter and he was very knowledgeable and put forth the effort and flexibility to make the trip as fun as possible the entire day. After the safari he even took us on a side trip to visit a family of Masai to learn about their culture. Overall I highly recommend Stephen, Peter, and Adventure Makers Tanzania.
