It was the journey of my life!
It was my first time in Afrika and as I am 91 years old, I wanted to travel with an organisation that provides good services. Kichao’s and especially driver Richard made a journey that fits with my interests. In advance there was good communication about what to be expected.
Good services, nice driver to travel with, good lodges and tented Camps. And I made a fantastic Balloon flight over the Serengeti.
I had the journey of my life. Thank you people of Kichaos!

Splendid 3 day safari to Ngorongoro
On this well organised Safari we saw a lot of exceptional wildlife. Booking was very easy and our special requests were accepted. Fred is a well experienced guide with a very good knowledge of animals. He is also a safe, patient and reliable driver. We stayed at the comfortable Bougainvillea Safari Lodge in Karatu. We had a great time on this Safari organised directly by Kichao’s Tanzania Safaris. We would again book the tour directly in Tansania.

Excellent once in a lifetime experience. Great safari guys - Richard was great. Highly recommend!
Kichaos were great. They picked us up from the moment we landed to the moment we left. We were basically in control of the safari and our game driver Richard was fantastic. The jeep was comfortable. Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. No complaints at all.
We saw thousands of wildlife. Herds of elephants, zebra, wildebeest, lions, hippos - so many. Ngorongoro is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and we wish we had stayed their longer. We saw three of the big 5 and we were very satisfied.
Would strongly recommend this safari - don't be put off by the low number of reviews, we had an excellent safari and had an unforgettable time.

Excellent personalized service and eye for detail
Communication with Kichao's was easy and quick. They responded swiftly to my questions. They suggested to meet at my hotel two days before the safari to talk through all the details. Safari car was convenient. Driver/guide was very experienced. Lunch was perfect. I knew beforehand that this was not the good season to see any large herds of zebra or wildebeast (we didn't see any). But we did see a.o. many large groups of elephants and 2 packs of lionesses. And the landscape was stunning. Very convenient drop-off at airport afterwards. Highly recommended!
Kishao Safari offered a professional attentive service. Everything was well organized
Communication prior to safari and during it was excellent
The service was excellent, our driver/ guide was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive

Best time ever!
I live in Oklahoma City and felt my family needed a break from the unpredictable tornadoes. I booked a tour with Kichao’s Tanzania Safaris and had the best time ever. Kichao’s Tanzania Safaris was able to advise us on the best time to visit Tanzania. We settled for the last two weeks of July. The company also made the transactions easy and guided us through the whole process. We never felt left out. We felt like we were dealing with a partner rather than a travel company. We visited Ngorongoro crater and the Serengeti national park where we witnessed a spectacle like no other. It was the wildebeest migration. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable with the natural flora and fauna. He also had a great understanding of the movement of animals and grazing patterns which gave us an advantage. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience.

wonderful
We visited Tanzania in February 2018, we had a wonderful time with Kichao's Safaris. We visited Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National park and we saw all kind of majestic animals. Our driver/guide Samuel and the entire team in Arusha were so professional and their service was outstanding. The care and attention to details, the quality and competence provided by Kichaos Safaris was absolutely first class.
In the event we require similar services in the future, we will have no hesitation in using your company and we will recommend Kichaos Safaris to our friends and colleges.
Sincerely,
Betty Kingori.

Second trip even better than first time!!
We had a wonderful time with Kichaos. It exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Samuel, our driver, the team at Arusha and in the field worked hard to make sure we had the best times of our lives - and we did. Our safari went without a hitch. We are seasoned travellers and this trip will rate as the best to date.
I want to mention a few of the things we saw. In Tarangire NP the bird life was prolific and on the first day we saw our first Leopard in a nearby tree. There were Elephants, Zebrass, Wildebeast and Baboons in large numbers. We saw 4 lions in trees and many more on the ground in Lake Manyara NP but the real stars there were the thousands upon thousands of Pink Flamingoes and the Pelicans. In the Serengeti we saw a Lion eating a Gazelle up in a tree and then 3 Hyenas corner the Lion and try to get the Lions' meal. In all we saw more than 50 (we stopped counting) Lions spread over the 4 parks we visited. We saw a Lioness with 4 cubs. We saw 7 Cheetahs and 5 Leopards all close up. We saw lions eating fresh kills on four different occasions. We saw elephants move on 2 large lions and force them out of the way so the elephants could cross the creek. In Ngorongoro NP we saw rhino.
Kichaos and Samuel thank you for such a great experience.
